"Floppy to USB" adapter issues

Purchased a "Floppy to USB" drive from this company. Once received, not only this product didn't fit, but didn't work at all. After numerous emails with their tech support, they admitted "it needed development" and agreed to a refund. It's been 4 months since i sent them back the faulty unit, and I still haven't been reimbursed. All my emails are left unanswered. If You have an Agilent (Keysight) machines, their FDD adapter won't work, despite their online advertisement. Avoid this merchant at all costs (As of now, I lost more that 250US$ and a HUGE amount of time, emails and efforts trying to communicate with them)
