adverted the wrong item to picture of system filter, when after a number of emails and phone calls. I sent item back, as each email took a few day to be replied to. then would not cover cost of returning it £5.56, its not the money that i care about it the fact that they sent me the wrong item, and would not do the right thing and say sorry we got it wrong, he's a few pounds compression for you inconvenient

I order parts from the website, given an invoice with tracking number as being delivered, 24hrs later I receive an email to say not in stock, so, if not in stock please adjust you stock levels accordingly to show on website, Wasted 24hrs of my time.

Don't order from this company. After taking payment I got an email the next day to say the item was not in stock and asked if I wanted a refund. I agreed and planned on buying the item elsewhere locally as I needed it sooner rather than later. I then received another email from them saying my item was in the post!? I replied to this email and was ignored for 4 days. I was then told again the item was no longer in stock and given a refund. 4 days wasted. Wish I'd read the reviews on here before ordering as I see this is a common theme with this company. Avoid at all costs!!

I order a Rothenberger soldering kit off PSD eBay page, they took my money then notified me that they could not send due to gas, as there courier uses air freight to deliver to Scotland. So they notified me that due to it being a kit they can’t deduct price of gas bottle, but could send the kit minus the gas.
I asked if it was possible to replace gas with a few packs of emery cleaning strips but was told they could not do that, either refund or I take the hit on not getting the gas,which seems strange as there website states” don’t worry if these kits are not perfect for you, we can make kits to order”
Very disappointing service, and ultimately loosing a £210 sale rather than switching out bottle for something of similar value.

This company takes an age to deliver the parcel and even longer to answer the phone. When your parcel arrives, usually the contents are wrong. You need to be a very patient person to shop here.

Dont understand bad reviews! This is a legit company and bad reviews nearly put me off! Bought my son, an apprentice plumber, his first tool kit. Fabulous - his boss was happy and tools good quality. 3 items out of stock but were sent later with no chasing required. I cannot fault - first class.

Placed an order and was told a couple of days later that they were waiting for some things to come into stock (even though it said in stock on the website?), I asked if I could add some things to the order to be placed in the same parcel, they replied very quickly and said I could do that no problem. Placed another order, asked for an update as to delivery but now they have my money I'm now being ignored and I've still not got my order days later.
I should have read all the other rubbish reviews and bought from a respectable local company. I only ordered online because of the convenience of delivery.
Be warned!

UPDATE: I started a PayPal claim. I also finally managed to speak to someone at a company with a different trading name but who are actually the same business and she told me she would chase the order up. They sent one of my orders even though I cancelled it, I rejected it as she advised, then a week later I still hadn't got my refund. I chased her again but at the same time PayPal decided in my favour and refunded me. Then two days after that, I received a single random pipe fitting in the post. I can only think that they were trying to scam me out of a refund by claiming they sent it! BEWARE!

I ordered some Flova items from this company. They arrived exactly when they said, well packaged in good condition. Kept informed of delivery by email and text, very quickly delivered from date of order and all free.

Ordered for Saturday delivery paid £9.33 for it phoned them up to make sure it would come got in touch Monday they still had not sent it out only good think I have to say about this company it was quick refund

I recently ordered quite a big plumbing bundle of of their website. It arrived on time, but not everything was there. I emailed them asking if they should have been in the kit, and they said yes but they were out of stock at this time. I received the missing parts quickly and have a new plumbing kit. I recommend Plumbing Supplies Direct. Good customer service and good quality stuff.

As per conversation I found item (macerator ) online at very competitively priced and needed it 100% nextday ..spoke to advisor there and he assured he will personally hand it to dispatch...... hey presto YES delivered onetime with progress sms info. FAULTLESS SERVICE , CARING , PROMPT .....:)

Wasted 1 week and didn't inform me the item I had ordered was out of stock until I enquired a week later after placing my order. Totally useless.

Bought fire torch rothenberger used it 5 times and stopped ignite. Send it back to them and torch disappeared. They blame royal mail. Spoke with royal mail they said the item been delivered.
Avoid this fake company

This is an excellent company great prices, and fantastic service, ordered a new thermostat and receiver and was delivered next day why wouldn't you ?

Very fast and efficient even during the COVID Lockdown. Came here and saved a fair amount of money on a Rothenberger Superfire 2 and a few other items rather than purchasing from Screwfix down the road. With my purchase, I got free delivery to the door. Ordered after 3pm so it arrived within two days.
Very pleased with the ease and price and would definitely use again when ordering more than £50. Not sure of the delivery cost if the order is under this but I would weigh up the savings vs costs then.

My first time order from this company and I must say how trouble free it was considering covod-19. I needed some parts urgently and they offered quick dispatch and delivery. From placing my order it was delivered within 3 working days. Would recommend based on my experience.
