Everything was smooth apart from the…

Everything was smooth apart from the delivery date and time. A delivery knocked out door at 07:00am which wasn’t a problem as we were up early, we should of recieved a call or message prior advising on the delivery time.

Over and above - The Ultimate Professional

Recently ordered a large radiator from Plumbnation, really big and awkward to manoeuvre and when the plumber eventually came to install we found it was badly damaged.
I called and spoke to Shakeel, I could not have wanted to speak to a more polite, helpful, empathetic person. Shakeel was so very thoughtful and arranged a replacement plus a courier to collect my damaged radiator. Plumbnation are very thorough with their customer service, they call and check all is ok if you have emailed or called previously about your item.
I fully recommend Plumbnation as they have gone over and above sorting out my radiator, even though it was slightly out of the window of letting them know if there were any issues.
Shakeel, you have no idea how much your help has been and I will certainly recommend Plumbnation because of your professional and personable manner. Thank you so very much.
