At first I thought all would go well when I ordered several items for a new bathroom but the situation gradually declined when wrong items were sent and the bath from 'Twyfords' arrived scratched. There were three attempts to replace it. It has still arrived damaged and as I could not keep my plumber waiting any longer we had to install a bath with a split in the side, hopefully it will be hidden and okay.I realise some of the problems were beyond their control but I cannot recommed their service.
