Outrageous prices for kids drawings
Update: Very sadly, this is a company that doesn't care about customers and they over charge ridiculous prices. What they replied at the bottom of this review is A HUGE PLANE LIE. They never gave me an estimate ( let alone in April that I didn't even have the drawings together). I never sent 425 art pieces! They are insane! At the most, it was 100 in total for 2 books!. They didn't charge $20 per box, they charged $90 and they made me pay all their shipping ( two empty boxes, two full boxes to get to my house and then and coming back to them). Again if you go to USPS those 3 shipments would have been at the most $35/40, not $100!. I suggest to stop lying online about your service, those are usually short-lived and eventually customers will recognize your lies!. Review: Outrageous prices for kids drawings: they priced around $1500 for two books and $100 in shipping to return my drawings after I told them we are not paying those ridiculous prices. Awful customer service and long wait times (around a month) to receive an estimate. I don’t understand how they have good reviews here or anywhere else.

Thank you for your feedback. We see that you were sent a pricing estimate for our books back in April, before we ever received your boxes. Our pricing is always available on our website, in detail, and we encourage all customers to estimate their pricing before mailing their items in to us.
We received a combined 425 pieces for your two books, and you were sent another pricing estimate once we were able to safely return to our offices following Hurricane Helene in Asheville, NC (where we are located). Your boxes arrived on September 26th, and you received your 2nd estimate on October 10th.
We always offer alternatives to our customers when their book selection does not fit their budget. You opted to cancel your orders. The shipping cost for return of materials, whether for completed or canceled orders, is the same - $19.99 per box.

Great quality photos and book
Great quality photos and book! This year they shrank even large artwork to have more art per page and I wish they kept it larger so you can see the art better, that’s the only reason they didn’t get 5 stars.

Pretty but Pricey
Prices per page or anything was not listed. $50 was fair and the outcome is beautiful. However $375 for 40 pages?! Most pages were full size of one singular artwork. I was hoping for more choice to make some collages. Never again!

While we are happy to hear that you found your book to be beautiful, we are sorry to hear that you had a less than perfect experience. We try to make our pricing clear on our website's pricing page, before and during checkout, and on the submission form you fill out when sending in your materials. We also offer a pricing slider on our website so that you can estimate your final cost ahead of time. Our books are completely custom, particularly the labor required to photograph materials and design the books. This is where the bulk of our pricing comes from. We do work with a 3:2 design ratio, whereby we place 3 pieces to a page every 2 pages and vice versa. This is reflected in the design of your book. We are always willing to work with our customers to make sure their books are perfect and would have been happy to combine some more pieces together for you. We do hope you will consider our services in the future!

Plum print always delivers an excellent product. I have used them the last several years making books that commemorate grade school work. They take bulky, unwieldy art and somehow make it look amazing in a flat book! Thankful for the memories that will be preserved.

Better than expected
Better than expected. Brilliant use of all the materials and adjusting things to fit page sizes. The books are beautiful! Would recommend! Planning to use them again next 12-16 years of school! Kids would love those books when they are older.

Great Design & Communication

Was not worth the cost
