The worst company I’ve had to deal with…
The worst company I’ve had to deal with and that says a lot. Their customer service is non-existent.
When I bought my masks, I was told it would be processed in 1-2 business days. I didn’t hear from them so I contacted and they said “oh 3-5 business days now” okay fine. After all that it still took 10 business days to get a shipping label made! This happened only because I requested a refund. So instead they quickly make a shipping label, say it has been “shipped” and refuse to refund.
And once a shipping label is made, you get a tracking number that doesn’t work and has continued not to work for the last 8 business days. I’ve ordered a lot of things online during a pandemic and as soon as it is shipped, Canada post almost always would have it scanned within a day or 2 max. 8 days later of it being “shipped” and still nothing?
They delete any comments on their social media of unhappy customers instead of dealing with the issue. Trust me, I’m not the only one.
All I see are opportunistic people who wanted to make a quick buck during the pandemic than a company that actually wants to grow long term and be professional.
Please avoid at all costs. It’s not worth the headache and their dishonesty is too much. I don’t even want my masks anymore when they arrive at my door after dealing with their rude and incompetent customer service.
18 business days and still no update but a shipping label being “made”. No movement, no nothing. Oh, and I live 20 mins away from their “warehouse”
Ridiculous.
