I would like to commend Ayanda for the excellent way she handled my call when I requested a change to my payment terms.
She was extremely helpful, professional and courteous throughout the conversation. She clearly explained what would happen following my request and made sure I fully understood the process and the next steps.
I was particularly impressed by how efficiently and confidently she dealt with my request, while also taking the time to answer my questions. Her friendly and reassuring approach made the whole experience very straightforward.

I recommend the company
Great service. I booked my annual service and it was arranged for a date and time that suited me. The engineer did a thorough job and I got a follow up call from customer service to make sure everything was ok. I’m very impressed with PlusHeat and the people working there.
