Hello I bought And paid for A pendant and its shipping and never received it. Only to be told It was shipped to me and That its my fault even tho it never arrived. I am low income and I no longer will support pluto99 and the many items I bought over the years I can no longer recommend this site to anyone.

I have been waiting for an order since June 2020. I have asked for a refund several times and nothing.
I have registered a complaint with USA BBB.

FALSE ADVERTISING! CON ARTISTS! SCAMMERS! Products received are not like the pictures posted. They will not refund or send replacement product. BEWARE!

I won a ring thought pluto 99 site, and placed an order for 5 additional items that were free I only had to pay for shipping which was 82 dollars that was on or about may 21st.....received first item mid july little did I know even though the company is in fla., the shipment came from china....so since then I've gotten all but one piece which was the original item which says 41 more days till arrival....the rings look cheap....only one looks nice enough to wear....I would not order from them again

A scam and the products are trash. You can get better from the 99 cent store. How they are still in business I don't know. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Ordered a 'Vikings' T Shirt and was very disappointed ... material was not what was pictured and the whole feel was cheap and nasty. Overpriced and rubbish. Avoid this seller unless you like wasting money!

I ordered a couple of items from Pluto 99 in Early May, which has been in their "transit" facility since, endless emails with no response accept "your item is in transit" and gives you a link to the same place with no movement. So I finally got in contact with a person and wanted a refund and was told "As long as it's showing the item is in transit, we cannot issue a refund" so they had no intention to ship the product off in hopes of me just forgetting about it and they have their cake and eat it too

What an absolute RIP OFF company I bought a handbag For £ 45.00 and now see it either free or $10.00 I think this company should be taken off as all they are doing is ripping people off. I thought my bag would come in a cover but no a plastic bag that had to be cut off slowly, in case you cut the handbag.
I would of happily paid £10.00 for it as that is all it's worth. You as a " store" are RIP OFF MERCHANTS, not to mention the P&P you have to pay over price of bag, even if you've " won " it as a prize for answering a question you still need to pay P&P.

I saw a beautiful wolf couple bedding set/ 2 piece pillowcases that cost $30 to buy. To find out it turns out that it wasn't the bedding set and just the pillowcases i bought is dissapointing to say the least. I feel like i've been ripped off by false advertising and wording 😠😠

i ordered a thors hammer necklace from pluto 99. it took over a month to get to me, but it came and my boyfriend loved it! it said it was original price is over $200, then marked down to like $40 but i got it for free i just had to pay shipping which was $15 to canada from china.

never pay full price cuz the quality isnt worth it but for only $15 out of my wallet i am happy with my purchase. but dont subscribe to email notifications cuz they spam your inbox HARDCORE. also was very skeptical ordering from this website. i would probably order from it again if i was to get some cheap viking stuff for my bf.

I ordered 2 items around the 1st of December& have never received them.

RUN AWAY.....DO NOT USE. .. I ordered a bracelet,which I in enjoyed unfortunately I broke it, so I ordered a Replacements and it became lost in delivery I never received it . Did not stress instead I ordered 2 more it.I was a little more diligent on tracking. Once again I did not receive and they sent a notice that they had delivered it which I never received . In for 2 months now all they can do is we're looking into the matter they even gave me a phony tracking number which was invalid

Do not order from here!

Missing items! Refused to accept returns for so called sterling silver goods that clearly were not!

Shipping takes a long time as one of the other reviewers pointed out. In addition, it's rather pricey.

The real disappointment however is that when the product (t-shirts) arrived, they were at least two sizes too small. The site does say 'Asian sizes', but you have to know that means your going to have to up your size by at least two (in my case).

I sent an email to their support and it took them three days to reply back basically saying that they're Asian sizes.

They're prices are very cheap, aside from the shipping costs, so I guess you get what you pay for.

I'm still waiting for my purse I paid for way before Christmas. I would like my purse or my money back. No excuses you crooks. You keep putting me off. Why? Volena Cichinski mad woman in Arkansas.

People, stay way clear from this website! If you like Viking jewerly and follow Grimfrost on Facebook you will likely get a message from Odin who askes you a question, when you get the very easy question right, you are given a very very hefty discount code for pluto99. Everything is $0 for 15 or so minutes. All the jewellery looks top quality, so after filling a basket with a few items and go to check out they charge $12 per item for delivery... WHAT! I thought oh well it was only for a few birthday presents. First item came 3 weeks later (bracelet) and it snapped. Second one came A few more weeks later (thors hammer necklace) in a Jiffy bag and very poor tin quality material, the necklace broke, I’m beyond fuming more on the quality and the deception of the website and that the things weren’t shipped with pictured display case for the necklace. What do you expect when they send it straight from China.
