I attended an IAG meeting this morning via Teams. My microphone wasn't working, but everyone was using Chat, so this shouldn't have been a problem. However, I was locked out of Chat by the meeting holder (PMI) everyone else were chatting just fine, but I could not participate in any way, or ask any questions. After realising that I was wasting my time, I left the meeting.
I emailed PMI to let them know what had happened. I then received a notification from Teams. I went back to the meeting to see that they had turned my chat on, but the meeting was just closing. I have had no reply from PMI to my email regarding this. I feel like my time was completely wasted by these people.
