Really fast delivery, good quality material. Unfortunately I had to return the item because the fit was a bit uncomfortable. But the returns process was easy and quick.

I ran into issues with my order and ended up having to cancel it. I had used a coupon on that order, and once it was canceled, I wasn’t able to use the code again. I reached out to customer service, but they weren’t able to give me a new code or offer any solution. I was only shopping because I had the coupon, so it was really disappointing.

I have ordered something for myself and then saw that the kids abaya was also in sale, but i needed to pay delivery costs. I have contacted the customer service and they helped me to combine both orders and refunded the delivery costs! The abayas for me and my daughter are stunning!

The dress is a nice design, the material is a little thinner than expected. It is also shorter than advertised and a small make. I was not able to zip mine up so unfortunately won’t be able to wear it, even though I bought it in my usual size. Definitely disappointing considering the price point.

I absolutely love the Elegant Lime luxe Long Sleeve Maxi Dress! The material feels really nice and the fit is so flattering — it flows beautifully and feels super comfortable. I bought it for my vacation and it was honestly perfect for both daytime exploring and evening dinners.

I usually buy from Podur because their delivery is always super quick, which is such a lifesaver when you’re in a rush. Their customer service is amazing, too — they were so helpful with a previous exchange order and made the whole process really easy.

The dress was gorgeous. The material was heavy, very high quality, the beading was stunning. I loved it. The reason that this is not 5* is because the colour was slightly darker/more yellow than ivory as advertised on their website, and the dress arrived with tiny little black marks that I will need to wash out. However, I am happy with the purchase overall. I look forward to shopping with Podur again for my next occasion. <3

The dress was so cute and elegant. Had to exchange to size up though because I didn’t want a fitted fit. However, only the waist and torso section was a big size but the rest of the dimensions were pretty much the same … so it fit perfectly.

Love the quality and the rich brown color. Can’t wait to wear it on the next occasion.

I was browsing their items on the website through Instagram and added a dress to cart, a pop up came up for email subscription which I was trying to remove and because of the layout I accidentally clicked confirm for payment. I contacted the company through email and Instagram straight away, within 5 minutes (have email proof of time stamps) informing them of the mistake and requesting item not be shipped and wanting to receive a refund. No response until next day informing me the item has been shipped and that I can request a refund by paying for P&P. I have since received the item, it's been kept unopened and I have contacted them again for a full refund. No response, I appreciate the fast delivery but when a customer contacts you within minutes informing you to cancel the order before tracking number is even arranged why am I now being asked to pay P&P for the return? There should be a grace period for such things and response from customer service should be better

worn once and the dresses seam ripped! little rips happened all over my dress. absolute rubbish quality. i am extremely disappointed
