I have been a Pogo subscriber since 2006 and it used to be the best site ever unfortunately is not the case for the following reasons.
1) Is almost impossible to play any new levels games because are made so difficult that constantly we have to wait for reshuffle and the only way to advance is to buy moves or powers with gems which I can afford once a month.
For example, in the new game Garden Blast I am stuck on Random level 200 which is impossible to complete and therefore I will not be able to play this game anymore because it does not allow to go to a new Random level
2) We also cannot buy gems because it says that the site is having problems and we are asked to try later.
3) I reported this to the customer support but they do not even bothered to answer.
When the next renewal is due I will probably not renew my membership because there is no point as I can only play few same level games and it is becoming very boring. This view is shared by a lot of other players.
Is obvious that now the person responsible for Pogo does not understand players needs and it driven by greed which is a terrible shame because Pogo was the most amazing gaming site and out of loyalty I need to let you know and I would even be surprised if I receive an answer.

I have no idea what platform this game was built with, but it has to be the same as Poppit Bingo. This is beyond insanity for speed....slower than my grandmother. Either delete the entire thing and start over programming, forget it and give up and OM $#@$#@ G why the is it the game of the month?

I've been a member almost since the beginning and looked forward to playing various games on the site whenever I had some free time. Customer service used to be helpful and able to correct problems on the site. But I'm sorry to say. . . "No More!" Games don't work and no one cares. Sorry to be saying Good-Bye, but this has become highly frustrating and no longer fun.

After over 20 years of playing the site has turned into a bad deal for me.
The new games are designed to sell you powerups and are blatantly rigged.
Every day something is not working properly and the complaints go ignored.
If you enjoy being ripped off and dealing with incompetence and apathy this is the site for you!!!!

They don't listen to their paying players! In the past week there have been pages written in the forum on the game "Garden Blast" impossible to complete the game and win any badges for it, you must play the game to go forward in their free event celebration! Now they have made their monthly game this too!!! No one has responded to any thing written there!!

The forums are packed with complaints from customers and all are ignored. What used to be a fun site is now purely commercial aimed at very expensive in-game purchases to achieve a badge.
I don't why I still use this site as it's painful to navigate and the fact they lack any credible form of customer service seems to indicate they will not be around for much longer.

Sad really as Pogo Games was truly fun at the beginning. A great loss

pogo games are terrible it freezes, connect getting lost and they want you to pay for there problem website...really need to improve it before i spent a penny..

I have been trying to purchase gems without luck. Tried every suggestion given to me by EA, still does not work. Another EA "tech" gives me the same advice. POGO has gone downhill so fast. It is no longer fun to play.

This gaming webstie isn't what it use to be. It was the first to create games like bejewled, poppit and word whomp and some games that they have thus sold thier rights to. Now plastered all over the internet slapped with comical stories. I originally played on this website back when it was all free, yes free. A few years into production they decided to slap a monthly access fee to players to play without ads.

The company is decent to deal with. They keep making changes to their website to try and attract players. It's a fun place to spend the afternoon but the ads are so damn annoying. Their month to month prices were creeping up so high I decided to swap this out for other hobbies and activities. If you try to play the free version it's almost impossible to play. Because you have an add interrupting you every other new game. And even that obnoxious one in the middle of game play. If you don't pay to play the gambling algorithm of the win is much lower. Like much lower.

Remembering to cancel your annual subscription before time is up is a bare to deal with. Unless you cancel it 30 days before the new duration, it will renew then you have to pay a cancellation fee to cancel it. Thus sucking innocent people into an annual subscription to bring in more money.

When I was younger I enjoyed this website as it was sort of new for it's time. This was back in the late 1990's when it emerged to the web. Now it's definitely grown. I really despised it when companies when to month to month subscriptions. Before companies did this b.s. you could buy a life time key to the game or disc and not have to deal with this b.s. This over heavy advertisement game is not worth the money.

The playing algorithm is basically gambling. If you win, you win. The program shuffles a game for you and it's all based on the statistics of the gambling algorithm if you win or loose. Statistically it's roughly a 50-70% loosing streak. If you pay to play then you might get some where between 70-80% winning streak. I can not bring my self to play games where I have a 50% loosing streak. This and the over heavy advertisement and month to month fees is what made me quit this gaming site. now that smart phones have become popular, you can pretty much have a whole arcade on your phone. Free and several without ads.

I'm so disappointed in the Pogo meter!! There are times when it doesn't read and you in up wasting cartridges. That's money wasted!!!!

Do not join Club Pogo you will be stuck doing the same challenges in the same games these days. The site has been on a steady decline for the last 5 or so years and now it's unbearably bad. They really expect people to just keep buying gems to play badges in games that are actually fun. This is worst than most mobile games when they used to be the BEST gaming site around.

SHAME ON YOU EA!

I have been playing scrabble for 5 years and there is no timer of 2 minutes per player. The first player should not get to go again if the 2nd player runs out of tiles first. Their points should be subtracted and the score should be deduced by 10. Obviously, they have not done their research on this game!!

Played on here for the past 10 years and found out what kind of people run this place. Bye bye

I have had trouble for the last month with games that won't launch. I have sent at least 50 emails asking for help. I get an answer from someone who tells me to do a certain thing. I do it to no avail. Then another person sent me a list of codes without telling me what to do with them. They are like the Keystone Cops. I still haven't gotten any satisfaction from them. Everyone that contacts you has a different answer to your problem. They need to assign 1 person until your problem is solved.

I have gotten to where I hate this site. I am a big Scrabble player it keeps throwing me out of the room and at the very end of the game when I only have one or two more plays it disconnects! This site is horrible don’t waste your time here. Every game I have played has a problem. Beware you may catch a bug from this website

Sanctuary Mahjong. Beautiful graphics. That is all. I made it to Level 375 so I am NOT a novice. Play Daily Levels due "Power ups" for each Win. As I write this they are 3 days behind in NOT awarding wins..AND TELL ME WHY AFTER ALMOST 4 MONTHS I CANNOT ADVANCE PAST LEVEL 375!! Been player since POGO started 20 yrs ago. Play other games win all but this ONE=BLOCKED FROM ADVANCING + NO AWARDS FOR DAILY WINS. When I AM owed more than 1 Power UP & notify? I only get one . Right now I am due 3. I win Daily Levels generally on 1st try which is a "who cares".but Wins=Power UPs for each win. and.....if I am good enough to reach Level 375 EACH game/puzzle has so many "blocked" tile plays it has become a joke to think I keep going back and keep trying. Popular game but NOT for me and other posts I have read. Thanks for this site to state our situatons. now 'fix it"....please

This site is nothing but an addiction at best. Gone are the great games, the socialization between friends, prizes, fun mini's. We are left with boring childish games and NO customer service. Still have the worthless mods who live to bully..pathetic. Pogo you suck beyond.!!!

Don't expect any kind of solution when their games get a bug issue. They don't care! They never contact you (like it says it will when you fill out your case) to let you know what's happening. You click on your case, and it shows they closed it or the ever fun "no fix". But then they don't give you credit for the NO FIX game you were playing toward a challenge. Don't waste your time with this PAYING site

Again, POGO has introduced a game that doesn't function - Monopoly Sudoku. I am getting tired of the cards "jumping" up and down when trying to indicate a card. It really is too bad that since this company took over the quality of the games has really gone downhill. I will not renew when my subscription is up.

For anyone who thinks they will receive a free one-month membership for renewing - no. You will not. Not if you don't renew again, anyway. My membership ended on the 27th of June. On the 28th, my account status said that I am now playing out my free one-month membership. However, nine days later, I was kicked out. Nine days. That's what I received for renewing last year. So no, Pogo does not award you a free month for renewing - unless you renew again. If you plan to play out your free one month after your membership ends, think again. They are lying. Anyone who is a member of Pogo will not be surprised by this. They are an unscrupulous company and should be run out of business.
