I ordered 4 tonners for 610 eur and…

I ordered 4 tonners for 610 eur and never received them, almost 2 months now. Telephone does not work, the e-mail does not go through. One time I've managed to reach out someone, they promised to send the order and then blocked me on whatsapp. Any comments on that the representative could make? Or it is a regular scam for a one deal of 610 eur and that's it?
