STAY AWAY FROM POINTSHOUND - IT IS A FRAUD!!!
I was introduced to Pointshound.com via Finnair who wrote to me that if I did a booking through Pointshound I would get Finnair bonuspoints. So I did. But, but, but... I first found that the price of the room I was looking for was much cheaper on getaroom.com. So I contacted Pointshound and told them that I could see that the price was lower on getaroom - and that pointshound wrote that they had a low price guarantee. They informed me that the way it worked is that I first pay the full price for the room through pointshound - and then contact them with information on the cheaper price I have found - then they will reimburse. So I payed 3,000 USD for a room for a week on Zanzibar - and then contacted them with the details from getaroom for the exact same room - just much cheaper... I have now written to them every day for 20 days - but now recieved any answer back. SO IT IS A SCAM! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY! AND DON'T GET BACK TO YOU WHEN YOU TRY TO CONTACH THEM AFTERWARDS!
