I was looking to purchase some poker chips and after looking around online fortunately came across the website. The website is well laid out and the instructions are easy to follow. The design process was simple and I had my chips designed in just a few minutes. Being able to switch colors and options so easily it makes coming up with the perfect poker chip a breeze. I had a tight deadline and Pokerchips.com was able to come though for me and get my chips produced and shipped out to make my event. We were late in ordering as we were trying to order from a competitor we have dealt with during our 2022 national conference. PokerChips.com’s easy to use site and quick turnaround time not only provided us high quality chips in a timely manner they were a huge hit as handouts during our 2024 national conference. I was initially VERY skeptical and nervous of ordering from company because they currently only communicate via email. After an EXTENSIVE deep dive to see if the company was legit, and not coming across any red flags, I went ahead and took a chance with my order.

The order was for a family reunion being held in Atlantic City, and it was a last minute decision to create poker chips as favors spread about on each table for the reunion’s formal banquet. In creating my design, I realized I had left out a part I intended to include, but after already submitting my order… not having a company customer service number to call and see if the proof could be updated before production made me SUPER anxious. I sent an email referencing the confirmation number, describing my error and request, and waited what seemed like forever to receive a reply, but I did receive a reply within 24 hours and was told that my updated addition would be forwarded to the appropriate department.

My order was received within the timeframe estimated, and the finished product included the last minute change/update I had emailed. Everyone LOVED the poker chips as favors, and not many were left behind unclaimed on the dining tables.

I’m now more confident in submitting another order in the future, but I still await for the day the company considers implementing a customer service line for customers to reach out during traditional business hours to enable customers to feel more at ease and communicate mistakes sooner. Otherwise, I’d use this company and service again.

Ordered some chips and provided the date I would like them. Paid for expedited shipping. No chips. No email updates except for when they shipped, which was days later than expected. Emailed customer service and was given an excuse I didn’t click the right box though I was in the right page and provided the right info. I didn’t click “rush” because I thought the short suspense and overnight shipping was pricey enough. They will not refund the shipping which is what I asked for. Instead I was accused of trying to “jump the line” and the overall tone of the customer service emails were disrespectful and rude.

I gave 2 stars because of the work that goes into the pressing of these chips, but the horrible customer service rep is the reason I dislike this company and will pursue my future gift needs elsewhere.

We were very happy with our poker chips. The design was awesome, it was very clear, and exactly as we initiated. We have one little problem, but I called and they took care of it before we even printed the chips. Thanks guys, we will buy from y’all again.

I have ordered chips from other companies. They were stickers on chips. Complete junk. The chips I ordered from Pokerchips.com are amazing. My logo is printed in the chip. I love giving them to friends. A few have even survived the wash. I am happy with my purchase and will definitely order again.

I needed something special for a celebration of life for my amazing brother in law. One of his favorite things to do was get together and have poker tournaments. We added a poker tournament in his honor to our celebration and the poker chips I ordered were perfect. I know he would have been thrilled. He will always be with all of us when we sit down to play.
