Polanitravel Reviews

Burhan Irfan was very polite patient with me and helped me through every step. Really appreciate it. Excellent customer service.

I spoke with Saif at Polani travel, I got a great deal for flights that was perfect for my timings and stopover.

Saif was very patient and searched the best tickets that catered towards my needs.

Highly recommended.

I booked my tickets with Adil, who was very helpful over the phone answered all my questions and had my tickets/payments sorted in no time.
I then spoke to sharukh about my seat reservations, which he kindly helped me with. although good job I checked my email (seat reservation) throughly, while he was still on the phone and spotted there was an error with the seat numbers, and this was rectified. I was told my E tickets would arrive within 30-40 mins. However couple of hours later still no sign of tickets.. called them and they passed me from one person to the next, Each telling me something different and eventually the tickets arrived the next day. If it wasn’t for this hold up it would have been 5*.

Kaashif was very friendly, understanding of my concerns. He made sure that the problem was addressed completely. Thanks and good luck Kaashif.
