Excellent product
Excellent product. I have bought your waterproof jackets for the past 8 years for my three grandchildren. However now they are getting older I am sad to see you are not doing the larger sizes in many of the jackets. 10/11 seems to very scarce whereas at one point most colours where available in this size.

All went according to plan! My grand daughter is cosy and warm wearing her merino base layers in the wilds of Scotland. Good quality products too and a great sales offer of a ‘skater’ dress with a beautifully colourful, full skirt. 2 and a half year old Anna was inspired to do her first twirl and sent a thank you video to Granny!

Great product, great service
We have always loved this company for kids clothes and are a firm fan of their pyjamas and outerwear. This year we went for one of the adult range jackets, this is an absolutely fantastic product. One of the very few truly windproof lined fleeces out there. I've ordered from them many many times and I've never had any issues, unfortunately there was a problem with my latest order, however the polarn service team were phenomenal. Prompt replies. Super helpful, no need for printing any paperwork, quick and easy return and replacement. I'll definitely be continuing to order from them.

“Shipment on the way” email since nearly 2 weeks ago, and I see no sign of my purchase being delivered whatsoever… no customer service bother to get in touch to tell me why I have not received my items. Disappointed!
