Even Better in Person!
The website was so easy to navigate, but the real highlight of my experience is the bag itself. I was honestly not ready for it to be THAT beautiful in person! The leather, the architecture of the shape, the color, the design—everything about this bag is absolutely stunning. I am so excited about it and want to take it out every single night!

Good Customer Service, but Product Quality Concerns
Overall, my experience with Polène has been positive, but there is room for improvement.
I was disappointed with the quality and structure of the Numéro Un Nano I received, as it appeared noticeably different from another bag of the same model that I already own. This led me to request a return.
What could be improved is the initial response time and communication during the first stages of the process. Waiting for updates created some uncertainty.
On the positive side, once my case was reviewed, your team was professional, courteous, and helpful. The return process was straightforward, the DHL return label was provided promptly, and I appreciated the follow-up regarding my return.
At the time of writing this feedback, I am still awaiting my refund. However, I understand that the refund is being processed and that the timeframe communicated by Polène has not yet elapsed.
Thank you for handling my case professionally. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience in the future.

This was my 2nd Polène purchase and I can’t even begin to explain the quality and craftsmanship that goes into the brand. The style is so sleek and chic and the Cyme vs the mini Cyme offer two different looks! My first bag was the Cyme and it’s great for everyday use and offers a lot of space for larger items. I just purchased the mini and love that it’s a smaller version and fits just about all my essentials. I can’t wait to make my next purchase and try another collection!

Excellent quality for mid-luxury price. I've been getting lots of compliments. Great purchasing experience - easy checkout and fast shipping. My only suggestion would be to adjust the imagery a bit to show them on models not always wearing large coats, as well as show the inside of the bags. I purchased this bag after seeing it in person b/c the pictures made me unsure.

Wonderful piece for a better price
I had not been able to visit a store, but the design and the beautiful burgundi color drew my attention. Finally i decided to buy one even though I can’t returned from Panama. It is difficult.
