Polestar 2 Single Motor. Needed to change the registration plate details details. Contacted Polestar via the app. Really straightforward process assisted by Jon S that end. Polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Uploaded the required details into the app and the change was instant. Logged out, logged back in - changes made. Great start to the week 👍

I contacted Polestar customer service a couple of weeks ago regarding the Polestar 3 recall and to get information about my local service centre, arranging collection, and a courtesy car while the issue was being resolved. No one ever replied.
Since getting the car, it has been constantly glitching. I’ve already been locked out twice – once yesterday, when I had to wake my entire family, including three children, to come and collect me in the middle of the night.
Right now, the app isn’t working, so I can’t even unlock the car with my phone. The key fob has stopped working too.
For a premium brand, the lack of reliability and customer care is shocking. I expected so much better from Polestar – both in terms of product quality and the way they treat their customers.

Had to reach out due to the app not working. Laura contacted me via email and gave me comprehensive instructions on how to reset the systems following a reinstallation of the app. The fix worked perfectly and I’m back up and running again.

I had a query regarding a very minor issue with my vehicle, I used the chat function and the operator Jon was most helpful and gave me the assistance I needed in order to resolve the issue. Certainly one of the best run and most helpful chat functions I have used

We purchased a polestar 4 and whilst we managed to sort everything out, we couldn’t access google assist. So we contacted polestar and assigned Laura, who guided us through what we needed to do, so now all working, thanks Laura

Car is very good although the side mirrors drive me mad. Also don't know why, but it appears that the service program (or schedule) is top secret - despite repeated requests they just won't provide it.
Reply from Polestar below also not helpful - all I want is a sheet of paper with checklist of the work that needs doing at 18,000 miles, 36,000, 54,000 etc. But customer service says I just need to ask the garage, so anyway I have learnt the service intervals are 18,000 miles or 2 years (whichever is soonest) but it used to be 20,000 miles.

When I was about to make my first EV purchase I did extensive research into what i needed, like the look of, reviews and overall what appealed to me. After all this it came to the one I originally liked the Polestar 4. Delivery was smooth, handover was great and the car is exactly what i wanted and more. While I was using it i realised it always reverted to the guest profile on the system and not to my settings which was a bit of a pain as i have to go into my profile and let it set. I got in contact with Polestar support through the online chat, and with my experience of using chats I was expecting to encounter a bot first then after about 10 mins of going nowhere then be handed to an agent which will take another 10-15 mins to connect. But support was an actual agent and was dealt with straight away. My problem was rectified in 10 mins and was quick and easy. The type of service you would expect from companies.

I have had several queries with Polestar customer services regarding our Polestar 4, specifically regarding the delivery. These included concerns about our deposit being taken nearly two months early, despite the car not having arrived in the UK, and the actual delivery being delayed. Not returning the initial deposit to order the car.
I have sent emails which are ignored and when I call them after waiting over 30 minutes each time I am told they will help me and that the service to date is not good, the person on the phone states they will take personal responsibility to get the issued resolved and then I never hear back from them.
In all my years dealing with dealership and car companies I have never experienced such poor service.
The car is amazing but god help us if anything goes wrong.

Do not buy or lease a Polestar 3. Please do not put yourself through owning or leasing rhis car unless you like the lottery of what will go wrong next. 8 months in still having differwnt elwctronic problems. We have had to call out polestar assistance 3 times in the last few days and it culminated in over a 3 hour wait for a recovery vehicle, with my husband and child getting home after midnight rather than 9pm because the parking brake wouldnt turn off. So 3 times that means we went to drive the car this week and couldnt. That is just one week of issues...it started the first week we got it, with every single screen going blank whilst my husband was driving it. DO NOT BUY OR LEASE A POLESTAR 3

Many cases reported of the on board ac charger failing. Going nearly 4 months without a fix Indifferent customer service. Truly awful experience.
