Police Pass customer service
Police Pass
The website didn't state the syllabus year, so I emailed to check before ordering. A lady told me that all the crammer books were updated for 2027. Based on that, I placed my order, only to find out they actually weren't ready.
I know Blackstone's updates in November, so I just wanted to know their specific release dates to see how long the wait would be afterward, as I thought these crammer books would help me learn better and let me decide when to order. Although I know the timeline of the exam and general info about the release of material, this is my first time taking the exam. All my knowledge has come from colleagues who pointed me in their direction. It shouldn't be a hindrance for the company—and more specifically this one person—to simply inform me how it works for the release of their products.
Instead of a straight answer, the email from the guy was short, rude, and didn't answer my questions. He just kept saying "that’s how we do it every year" like I was supposed to know their schedule—even though their own staff gave me conflicting information. On top of that, he was using emojis to react to my emails, which made it seem again that this was not a person willing to help their customers. He didn't even clearly communicate that I was getting a refund.
Revision is stressful enough without dealing with defensive, unhelpful customer service. I won't be using them for my NIE revision now. I'll have to see if they drastically improve in the future if I ever need them again, but for now, I'm taking my business elsewhere this time.
Just wanted to express my frustration really as they are a highly regarded company to go to for the NIE exam but really disappointing how unprofessional and unhelpful they are.
P.S. If anyone else is wondering, apparently the new 2027 syllabus material releases on an unknown date in January.
