Worse than disappointing

I was directed to this charity by some former colleagues who spoke very highly about the help and support they had received a few years ago. I had been badly injured at work doing my job.

After filling in the online form I got a call from some female who described herself as the expert clinical director assistant or something. It was a very confusing long title.

In short she seemed more interested in telling me about herself and not listening to me. I wasn’t at all sure then and now what this was all about but the end result was that I didn’t get any help at all.

This charity seems to be next to useless. I don’t see the point in ever contacting them again.
