Polka Dot Design went out of their way to be sure that I would be satisfied with my social card before I ok'd the sample. I had several issues, which were cleared up, and when I received the cards they looked exactly like the sample and I am proud to give them out. I can highly recommend this fine company to anyone who might be a bit skeptical as to the quality of their work or that of their customer service. I will order from them again. While a little pricey, I can say that my image is worth the quality and design my Polka Dot card conveys.

The website is hard to use - needs some user friendly updates.

I was also disappointed that my shipping arrival date at time of purchase was different from the true arrival date. I had an RSVP printed on the invite that was impossible to meet.

Those two issues will make me think twice before purchasing a product from here again BUT the final product was excellent.

I had a great experience with Polka Dot Designs. We looked at a number of online options for our daughter's First Holy Communion invitations. I called customer service to ask for samples of the paper stock before ordering and I received within a couple of days. After placing the order, the proofs came within a day or so. After confirming and ordering, I received them within a week. They came our just beautiful. I would not hesitate to order from Polka Dot again in the future.
