I didn’t receive my order and there is no way of contacting this company easily. The delivery company were equally unhelpful in helping me track my parcel. I seriously wish companies would get on board with what 3 words so that these problems would not happen.

When I received the vacuum bags
When I received the vacuum bags, I realised I had made a mistake and these did not have the necessary texture inside to enable my vac/seal machine to function properly. Polybags UK didn’t quibble, they issued a return note immediately! Mind you, I haven’t received a refund yet!
