Poor customer service
I was very happy with Pomeranian Beauty the first time I ordered – the products were great, and that’s why I wanted to order again.
This time, however, I’m really disappointed. I placed an order for 160 euros, the money was withdrawn from my account, but I never received any confirmation or products. I contacted them on WhatsApp, and the person I spoke to said he could see my payment and promised to send the order. Two days have now passed, and still nothing – no confirmation, no delivery, no proper follow-up.
It feels very unprofessional for a company to take money and not respond properly to customers. When a business starts growing, they should care even more about their customers, not less. It’s rude and frustrating to be ignored like this.
I hope I will finally receive my order soon, because I really do like the products – but customer service needs to improve a lot.
