Quality products and service
It was easy to select the required products and order. I ordered liner for a project and decided to add the under liner after. Both products were subject to carriage per order, but there would have only been 1 carriage if ordered together. I emailed the office late evening asking if they could combine the orders and credit 1 carriage back. They replied early next morning to say this was done. The part of the order that is stocked at Pondsuperstore arrived next day, and the product coming directly from the manufacturer came the following day.

Very happy with company and products
Telephoned twice to enquire about product no one answered I did not leave a message. Pleasantly surprised when they rang me back (10 out of 10).
Placed my order on website (very easy to use) Unfortunately only half my pond underlay arrived with the liner. Phoned them and the rest of the order was dispatched. Very good and efficient phone service rang me back to say it had been ordered (these products had been shipped directly from the suppliers). Overall very good service and products.
