Unfortunately, I ordered 4 one pound bags of powder and 2 two pound bags arrived. Both my husband and I were planning to participate, but only he was able to perform the gender reveal. I reached out to the company, but have been unable to get a chat or email reply regarding a refund after immediate replies acknowledging their mistake. I’ve had to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Comparing to other cannons we have used this was so much more intense! Highly recommend.

10/10 highly recommend! These cannons made for the perfect gender reveal! The colors and streamers were plenty and vibrant. Customer service was very helpful and delivery was very prompt with the items packaged securely.

First off, amazing customer service (I had a panic question which was answered within minutes) and quick delivery! Been to several baby reveals and I can truly say these cannons are amazing. We used the confetti, streamer and powder....definately the way to go! If you're going to do it, do it with Poof There It Is!

As keeper of the gender, I had one shot to get this right. I did lots of research to make this reveal special for my son and daughter-in-law. Right from the start POOF reassured me this would be special. Quick delivery, (2 days) personalized messages and walk-through tutorials I felt supported. The reveal was perfect 10⭐️💙🌟⚾️✨

Amazing products! Great customer service and timely delivery. It is evident that this company truly cares about their customer’s experience. Products were everything and more than I could have imagined. I would highly recommend this company!

We ordered three powder cannons for our gender reveal, and two out of the three were duds. They just twisted but never popped. A complete disappointment.

I sent the video to the company and still have not heard back. The least they can do is offer a refund and an apology.

In all of their company’s bad reviews I see the owner reply, “we have not heard from you.” Well, Jon, I have not heard from you. And I will continue to spread my review until I get a refund.

Product is very overpriced for the quality of the item and the experience. Me and my partner weren’t able to capture any good videos or photos because the smoke disappeared in 2 seconds and there was barely any confetti. This was using two of their big cannons. To really have a big effect you’ll have to buy 4-5 of them, that’s why you dee multiple people in all their photos and videos. Very misleading and completely overpriced for what you get. Just buy it on Amazon for half the price.

We had THE BEST experience with Poof there it is! We used their powder/confetti/streamer cannons for our super secret gender reveal!! The Dr Office worked with them to tell them the gender to keep it a secret for everyone! The product arrived in perfect condition, and the explosion from all 5 cannons definitely made our reveal a moment to remember!!! We highly recommend Poof There It Is!!!!

My wife and I are were so happy with these gender reveal cannons! they were made of really high quality and our friends and family were also very impressed with them. It made the reveal everything we hoped for and once again very happy with them!

These cannons more than exceeded our expectations! The company had fast shipping and quality products. They contained so much powder and confetti…it was worth the extra money instead of going with the cheaper ones on Amazon and other sites. I also found the tutorial videos helpful.

Shipping was so fast. My order was accurate. They even upgraded some of the order to a larger size as a surprise.

My niece is having a girl and had her heart set on these cannons. They were beyond perfect! There was no doubt she’s having a girl. I would highly recommend for any reveal needs.

I ordered 8 cannons 2 of them did not work. Also the powder stained clothes. I wouldn’t reorder from this company again.

The owner Jon reaches out to inquire about my review and made many very passive aggressive statements including “it’s odd I left a review on this “ strange site” “. I explained the cannons that were defective and he requested video proof , I sent the video which he replied “ I’m sorry you feel that you would never order from us again, what a truly spectacular reveal you had.”. He stated he would refund me for the defective cannons. Which I didn’t receive. Honestly such a strange experience and Jon needs some customer service training or should outsource it. There was zero reason to make backhanded comments through the whole exchange. At the end of the day I don’t really care to get back the 50$ for the defective items or I would backcharge this transaction through my bank. But I would never recommend this business just because of the customer service I experienced with the owners. Do not want to support snarky people. Wish I had found this site before my reveal because seems like many people has this same experience.

I loved how easy it was to have my dr send in the gender and they communicated with me so well during it all so I felt at ease.

Once the actual day came, we had my dad prep the cannons and everything went so smooth!

All I can say is WOW, from the ordering to the actual reveal we had such an amazing experience. I am so glad I went with this small business. My reveal was a memory I’ll never forget and the pictures we got are spectacular! Thank you POOF! We will back for our next reveal!

I was shocked when I saw some of these 1 star reviews on this site since Poof has over 23k 5 star reviews on Etsy. all I can say is the customer service was amazing, package arrived fast, and the pictures turned out perfect. Thank you Tori & Jon
