Would not recommend
I waited a over a year after completion to write this review. At first the sales staff was amazing and the price was good, they were priced cheaper than most other companies for a larger footprint. That being said I have not been satisfied with the quality of the pool since day one.
First the pool was turned over to us with little to no instruction and due to a storm we lost the pool and they made us pay for a draining and acid wash, but fine although I don't agree we can argue that one was on me.
Next we had an issue with the coating looking slightly white in some areas and we were told this would correct it self over time, it has not.
Next we had an issue where they apparently did not finish the area just above the skimmer throat in the pool and some of the mesh was visible, they came out again and half hazardly put some concrete over it no diamond bright and it looks bad but is only noticible from inside the pool. This to me seems lazy and as if they did not want to eat the cost and time to fix it correctly.
Next is the tile on the bech and corners of the pool, in more than area the tile is either crooked and/or you can tell they did not measure correctly and had to fit off pieces in there.
Next is the travertine, they actually came out two or three time to fix the travertine but never good enough. We have many areas that are sinking in and are not level. They also left a very large gap between the house and travertine with no fill. They also left the level line they drew on the house there and we had to paint over it because it could not be scrubed off.
We reached out to them many times and although they were very receptive at first eventually the service and repairs department stopped responding to our concerns and we were left unsatisfied.
In closing if you can afford to go with a better company with better response.
