Dear Frank, thank you for your review. However we are quite perplexed by this. We know the original order was never received and we chased this down for you, however you had purchased the wrong items so did not want those anyway. The correct items you wanted were more expensive and heavier in weight therefore fell into a different shipping class and cost more. We arranged that for you and got the correct items sent but it seemed there was a delivery issue with DPD, we chased this down for you and DPD informed us they were redelivering to the correct address. We emailed you to ensure you received your items but we never received a response from you and therefore assumed you had received your order. It is very difficult for us to resolve problems if we are not aware there is one, especially as seven months have now passed since our last email to you. We have not received any emails or calls from you since.
