Order arrived quickly delivered to my garage. Installed it a few days later. It was the end of the season so I only started and checked operation for a couple of hours. Looking forward to using it in the Spring. Asa was great to deal with on the purchase. He answered all of my questions.

Asa was great to work with. He answered questions quickly and succinctly. The purchase process was easy. The unit was delivered in perfect condition. He and Guardian customer support were helpful when we installed the unit. Highly recommend. I figure I saved a lot of money by taking the DIY route.

Knowledge and great Customer Service
I liked your knowledge of what I needed for my size pool initially. Ease of ordering and speed of delivery was great. When I ignorantly did not drain the heat pump prior to cold weather causing just about everything crucial inside the heat pump to freeze and crack, you came through with a replacement part and shipped immediately. Thank you for fantastic service!

I ordered a replacement heater a couple years ago from Asa at poolheat pumps. Excellent service and delivery. We had some damage from a storm this year. Called Asa and replacement piece for the heater ordered and delivered quickly. Recommend highly!

Gulfstream pool heat pump 125,000BTUH
Installation was very simple,when we started it up it took approximately 14 hrs to raise the water temperature from 65 F- 84F our pool is 18,000 gallons. Now it only runs a few minutes a day to maintain 82F. Very pleased with the performance, would recommend the Gulfstream
