Poor customer service
I recently hired this company to open my pool. After 5 days the pool.was still pea green. I called a few times and emailed a few times during the week and my calls were dismissed and I was rushed off the phone . I was told to trust the process and I should be grateful for my health and that it's a sunny day. I called another company and got a second opinion and they discovered there was absolutely no chlorine in the pool. In addition, the second company was able to clear and clean the pool in two days. I expressed my concerns to Pools by Jeff via email with photographic evidence and asked for a 50 percent refund and I have heard nothing, not even an apology.
