Do not order from these clowns

Do not order from these clowns. I placed an order on Saturday for 3 small items and I paid $34.95 for 2 day shipping. On Monday it still had not shipped. I called them and they said that it would ship by the end of Tuesday. So they charge you 2-day shipping fees of $35 to say that they will ship it after 48 business hours. Anyway, they said the entire order would be here by Wednesday at 8PM Eastern. 1 item arrived. I called this morning to see where the rest of the items were and the bumbling moron, obviously not a native English speaker, had no idea what she was saying nor could she provide me with tracking information. I asked for a supervisor. She placed me on hold and after 25 minutes waiting for a supervisor, I went to their website. I chatted with another CSR who offered to have a supervisor call me within a day. HELLO!!!! I have 18,000 gallons of water turning green waiting for these morons to get their act together. Then the woman on the phone disconnected the call after waiting on hold for 35 minutes. In short, I filed a BBB complaint today against this company. The BBB rating for this company is F by the way. I am waiting on a refund that they said they would issue however I am guessing that they will screw that up as well and require me to contact the Attorney General. I ordered the same part from Amazon this morning, it has shipped, and will be here in 2 days for no additional shipping charge. GO ELSEWHERE!!! TRUST ME!!!!!

Do Not Order From Here

Do Not Order From Here! They told me my product would be delivered in a week. 3 weeks later no delivery and they keep charging my credit card. I called and asked to cancel and they told they had to put in a ticket to cancel my order. The next day they charged my card another $200. Supposedly they are now canceling the order and issuing me a refund.

This company is a bunch of jerks

This company is a bunch of jerks. They keep you on hold and jerk you around. I purchased a polaris 360 pool cleaner and it doesn't work. All I needed was some tech support. they kept passing me around to other extensions and then someone just gave me a false number to call for Polaris tech support and it wasn't even a working number. I would never order from these jerks again.

product returned. I had proof that they had received it back and had to file dispute with credit card. They told my credit card that they had not gotten the product back even though they had gotten it back. had to send proof twice to credit card. I would not buy anything from pool supply world. they lie

Stay away, you'll never receive a refund!

Purchased pool filters for several hundred dollars. They were the wrong size so I returned them. Six weeks later I'm still waiting on a refund. I've spent hours on the phone with them explaining my credit card has not been credited. I think this business may be a scam.

The pool pump motor I ordered and…

The pool pump motor I ordered and received in January, 2021, has simply stopped working ... I've had the electrical integrity (power to the motor) checked and it is fine. I've been in contact with their Customer Service (who are extremely difficult to understand, as they speak with heavy foreign accents) nearly daily now for over a week and they continue to tell me that the motor is still in warranty, that their Warranty Department has been notified and that I'll hear from them within 24 hours .. but I haven't ...; When I ask for information whereby I can contact the Warranty Department directly, they won't give me that information ..; If you try a Google Search to try to ascertain where this company is located, you will find that its a waste of time ..; If you contact their parent company, Leslies Pools, whether at a local Leslies store or otherwise, they too will not give you any information other than the PSW Customer Service Number ...; Its almost as though this company is in hiding ... and well they should be ...

Cluless Customer Service

Ordered a part and was given a delivery date. Delivery date kept getting pushed out and customer service kept replying to emails with vague and canned responses. Finally called them and they said my order was messed up on their end. They cancelled the original order and wanted to create a new one at twice the original cost. Customer service is outsourced and clueless. Avoid Pool Supply World.

What a complete waste of my time

What a complete waste of my time. I think they are a front for collecting data how else can they stay in business? There is definitely something wrong with this company I am changing my credit card # as I don't feel comfortable with them having it in their database.

Don't buy from this store

Don't buy from this store! I placed an order on 2/21. On 3/18 I spoke to someone on the phone and told them to cancel my order. I also sent an email. I got an email the next day saying my order shipped and they charged my pay pal account. There is no tracking info and I can't get any answers

You need to phone numbers and two email addresses to place an order??

We just purchased a large order to replace our pool filter and system. They immediately charged our card and the charge is pending The next day we get an email saying they need a second email and second phone number and could not process our order without it. . We called customer service who did answer immediately. She said they needed it for their fraud division. We asked why. No answer. We told them we don’t have a second phone number or second email address and She was simply silent. We finally told her if you can’t process our order without a second email and phone number then you will need to cancel she said she canceled it but we will see if we get our money back. I have never heard of such a thing in my life. I called my credit card company who said they can do nothing since it is pending and that she had never heard of such a thing either. We did get a cancellation email and we were told if the charge should drop off within 24 hours if they canceled it. She said if it goes through they will help us to get our money back.

Not willing to accept responsibility for their incompetent business problems

Ordered a mineral cartridge from Pool Supply World based on price comparison from other sources. When ordered it showed product in stock and would be shipped soon. The reply email stated I would receive an email when item was shipped and provide a tracking number. 15 days later I had not received an email with any shipping information. Called customer service with all the information and order number. The customer service representative told me my order had been shipped and delivered 3 days after I ordered it. After telling him I never received it he replied it must have went to the wrong address or was stolen. I asked why I never received an email with a tracking number or confirmation it had been shipped which is what the original email confirming my said would happen. He then told me they’re having issues with their system and even though it was shipped it wasn’t sending information to some customers. I told them I wanted another filter sent or refunded. He said he would speak with his supervisor then get back with me. 2 days later I received an email stating his supervisor told him since item was shipped and received it was no fault of theirs and therefore would not refund or replace. So I m out $100 dollars. To many pool supply companies out there to deal with this kind of service, shop elsewhere.

Placed my order on 8/11/2020 did not…

Placed my order on 8/11/2020 did not hear back anything until 9/15/ which i conduct customer service.
They indicated that they do not have it in stock and was going to take 3 to 5 weeks to get it.
I could wait but 7 weeks later nothing.
Conduct them again and said that they will refund my order funds in 5 days.
10 days later nothing had to send an email to them to refund my money.
Stay away !!!!

I will never use this company again

I will never use this company again. I ordered pool filters in June. By July I still did not have them. I sent an email.....no response. I called several times. Finally, when I reached someone they said they were on backorder and I would have the filters by September. September rolled around.....no filters. I emailed and called. No response. LUCKILY I purchased through PayPal. I launched an inquiry and PayPal could not get them to respond either. I expedited my claim and finally received my refund.....from paypal this month. This company is a joke and they are running a scam. Do not use them.

Defective Polaris Pool Vacuum

I ordered a Polaris pool sweep that arrived defective. I contacted their customer service department and was advised they would not accept the return. I was well with in the 30 day date of delivery. (I did hire someone to install it and ensure it was not working properly and it was confirmed.). I was advised by PoolSupplyWorlds customer service department that the only recourse I had would require me to take it up with the manufacturer. I did contact Polaris and they assisted in trouble-shooting the unit and said that it was in fact defective, as some of the models had issues. They were willing to repair it with a local dealer but this was the heart of summer and I needed a replacement ASAP and I didn't want to repair something that is known to have "issues." I was also still upset that I was unable to return something - particularly that expensive - for a full refund when it arrived defective. I was advised by Polaris that its always a good idea to purchase from an Amazon dealer, or local, as those type of sellers aren't as much of a concern when used. I tried on two additional occasions to get a refund from PoolSupplyWorld - even speaking to a manager twice - well with in the 30 day return period and they would not refund the money for the defective pool sweep. The cost was close to $700. I was forced to take this up with my credit card company and I hope that they do the right thing. As far as I am concerned, Poolsupplyworld has no customer service or integrity and refuses to back the products that they sell and do not honor their own stated return policy. One would be better off buying from Amazon or a local dealer. Very disappointed customer. Wasn't worth the $20 that was saved. They are complete frauds. (This is the first review I have ever written that is negative and its because I want to save others from making the same mistake I did by using this company and hope they will hold themselves to a higher standard and back their own return policy on their products.).
