Very pleased with this product! We took it camping and used the included popcorn "packs". Did not test our own oil and seeds yet, but so far it worked great and popped the kernels fully without burning. The handle seemed secure so we could shake the popper without risk of losing it.

Quick receipt of replacement lid, it fits and works well.

I really like the popcorn. There is next to nothing in un-popped corn. I wouldn't pay for the seasoning 4 count container alone. It is hard to use and the cheddar in both orders were rock hard. (I ordered two of the same things.) Your pricing is a little high, but the quality of the popping corn is great.

I have had a popper for many years and have gotten them for gifts and I always get a couple boxes of popcorn for myself as well. Great poppers.

something was messed up with the tracking code. When I asked about it, I got a quick reply and they were able to tell me where my popcorn was. Very nice to have that customer support!

I have not yet received my order for red popcorn

At least half of the kernels didn’t pop and this as expensive! $11 for 16 ounces of corn! Out of the ones that did pop, I chewed on many hard kernels. Inside of the popped kernel. Darn near broke a tooth. The flavor is nothing special either, and I fell for the cute Christmas soldier package at Williams Sonoma. Too bad the store is rather far and I wouldn’t waste the gas to get my money back on a $10 item.

You did shrink-flation. the bottle of seasoning was downsized by one ounce. I assume the price stayed the same.

I bought it not so long ago but I use it every evening and I am very happy. A couple of minutes and the movie looks more fun and delicious
