on 30.11.2018 i ordered in Romania and paid the entire amount for 4 tyres Nokian 225/65/r17 all seasons. Today i received the order but it was wrong. 3 tyres were the dimension asked, the 4th one was another dimension. I had to refuse the entire order and now i cannot get to talk to the seller. He doesn't answer the phone, doesn't answer emails, nothing. I need the tyres and, as i saw on the internet page, they still have 2 of the same format (not 4, only 2). Really hope to get my tyres back in the right way, as soon as possible.

On 24.10.2018 I have ordered in Romanian site 4 pcs tires 275/40/ R21 Order confirmation1582456.
On 31.10.2018 your Romanian company delivered to me 4 tires 275/40/R20. This four tires was payed cash at delivery. The delivery has been taken by a person of 75 years old who do not check the R from the tires.
The order confirmation and the invoice were issued on 275/40/R21.
I noticed your Romanian company several times, by e-mail and phone and the answer was that they do not have the tires which I order and they confirmed on stock.
The answer was that I must send back this 4 tires and expect to receive the money in my bank account.
Due to the fact that the company did not contact me to inform they do not have the tires on stock and sent me tires I cannot use I pay cash on deliver the goods I think is normal that your company must pick up the goods or I can send the goods and your company pay down on delivery. I do not received any answer from your part.
It will be almost 1 week till your company keep my money blocked.
