Further to my review in April…

Further to my review in April…they, and their collaborators, are now refusing to accept any responsibility for their damaged products after evidence has been provided. And of course, you can’t leave comments on their socials either. Such poor form and deeply unprofessional.

The gift arrived with packaging ripped…

The gift arrived with packaging ripped and canvas torn. After trying various avenues, Poppetpals keep referring me to their 3rd party Resolution Centre at resolve.seel.com but the Seel’s site does not enable me to upload the photos of damage to substantiate my refund request. The whole process has been drawn out (since January) because technology and humans (allegedly) keep going around in circles but every time one party blames the other for the inability to confirm receipt of photos and therefore activation of the refund. Such an unsatisfactory and fraudulent experience.

To be clear my first order was a 5

To be clear my first order was a 5, allowing me complete confidence in a Christmas gift order.
This was supposed to arrive by December 18th having ordered in November.
I received it today on January 27th.
The communication was a huge issue.
I was offered $5.00 as an inconvenience fee.
Very disappointed in the entire process. The gift itself is special, the customer service has been extremely challenging.

Really terrible product

Really terrible product. Just absolute garbage. I ordered a digital image of my dog with a particular background and in addition to looking nothing like my dog, the whole thing just looks absurd.

Disgraceful

Disgraceful! The result looks nothing like my pup’s photo—not even close to a painting. Cheap quality and completely different from what was advertised. This is a scam!

Rip off

Ordered a poster of our dog for a christmas gift. The order arrived damaged and the likeness of our dog was a zero out of 10. Tried to return for both or either of the above mentioned reasons and the best they could do was give me $25 of my $140 charge without me spending almost $60 to ship it back.
Horrible service and horrible product. stay AWAY!!!

What Crap!

What Crap!! I was so excited to order this for my husband. What arrived had ZERO similarities to my actual dog or the product shown on the company web site. The photo of my dog is all blurry and distorted and the proportions were completely off. Looks like it was made by a blind 3 yr old! Absolute GARBAGE

Please don’t buy these I bought 3 to cheer my husband up… first you have to put the canvas frame together. They were cut all crooked.. When I woke up they were all unglued they looked horrific… I paid $280 Canadian.. They offered me a 10 percent discount????? Please be cautious…

Don't trust, its not professional

A first delivery of the ordered image file contained a background motif that I did not order and there was no resemblance to my image upload. Multiple email exchanges with pictures of what I ordered and simple descriptions of what was completely wrong with the picture they delivered didn't help. They also wanted to charge a surcharge for alleged modifications. Apart from that, it is doubtful that they are hand-painted pictures. I write off the $20 paid as loss and experience.

This is not a trustworthy shop

This is not a trustworthy shop. You do not get a picture of YOUR dog, but one which is similar to yours. They sent me already three times the wrong one and refuse to pay my money back. Customer service replies, but solution has not been found until today.
