Up date of problems I’ve had with happy- poppy ! In January ordered large dog coat after waiting nearly two weeks coat arrived marked large but meadium ? Accepted offer of 20% key back to save returning coat ordered another same marked large but medium tried getting reply from seller nothing weeks later said I had to pay return postage to china ?£14@ as I’ve neevereaven got the20% back i have refused to pay that and there at fault for sending wrong sized coat .ive taken photo of coats proving that the mesurement is for there medium coats but unable to send photo because they claim one minute that the cats were sent from china but then you get message from there uk office these crooks have cost me £20 for first coat and £19; for second one PayPal haven’t helped keep saying they want more details now too late will jus have to,give coats to charity shop ! Please avoid buying any thing from happy - poppy they. Will rip you off..Edward clark

Terrible experience. I never received my items. They claimed to resend and I never got anything. I requested a refund but was denied. I asked how my package was delivered and for proof of delivery. They gave me the run around. Then finally offered 70% refund but said it would take up to 20 business days to process. Joke! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!

I placed a large order 6 weeks ago and haven’t heard a word or received anything.

Scam company.they send u your parcel after a month and it's defective or broken

Ordered from this company in September, still not received goods ,tracking number not recognized, emailed them no explanation forthcoming, will never order from this company again .

I purchased a pair of really cute Judy Blue jeans. They fit perfect however the material pulled exposing the zipper even though they weren't tight. It had defective stitching. I contacted them for an exchange. They said they don't do exchanges and I would be charged for shipping both ways to return them. They said they weren't defective. Who wears jeans that expose the zipper? If I was over weight or had a belly I would understand but I have a flat stomach and the jeans were the right fit, slightly big. REALLY poor customer service.

Bought an item based on their sizing guidelines, received it and does not fit right. I contacted them to get this corrected and they talk me it was a sale item and no return or exchanges. No where did it sat no returns for any reason. Total scam. Worst service.

If you an international customer do not purchase items from this company. They lie and mislead customers to pay additional custom charges on top of shipping costs. Poor customer service……Avoid!!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Terrible quality product & terrible customer service. Purchased a “sale” item. Nowhere did it say this was a final sale or that it was not returnable. However, after purchase, come to find out that any product that end in a .99 is final sale and cannot be returned. The only way to know this is to read through the entire return policy before purchasing anything. It was also a terrible product, which is why I desired to return. Supposed “denim” is the thinnest material in a pant I’ve ever put on. They are stretchable so come in the tinniest size and therefore are so form fitting they show every bit of cellulite you have. Awful and buy at your own risk!

Don't order from this company. The items come from China. They give you a bogus tracking number that you can follow that ultimately says the item has been delivered when it hasn't been. They "graciously" offered to expedite a second shipment, asking if I would be willing to sign for it upon receipt. I was happy to do that. Again, I was given a tracking number that appears false. I followed the shipment which gave very general info like "package has reached the sorting center" with no location included. Ultimately, the package was again "delivered", tho I have never seen it and I did not sign for anything. I'm now in the process of getting my money back. Fortunately, since everything was so cheap (my first warning), it's not a lot of money and I'm hopeful my credit card company will help me out.

I received a pair of their mystery jeans ( my first pair of Judy blues). Mind you ever pair I have seen this far have been super cute. Well the jeans they sent me were horrendous. I get it that they were a “ mystery” pair but God they are ugly and don’t fit. I wish they would have at least sent me a pair without huge holes in them. I will never purchase from this company again. I reached out and they were really not helpful. Lessened learned. I do have another order coming that will immediately sent back. The other pair went in the trash. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Like others, I looked into this retailer before I bought anything and found a legit boutique in Maryland. Wish I would've looked harder and found these reviews. After 5+ weeks, I got a notification that my order was delivered. But guess what... no package at my address. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

According to their website they’re located in Maryland, HOWEVER, my order shipped from CINA, not the US! I ordered almost a month ago and am STILL waiting for my order. Have contacted customer service and all I get is an automated response. Will definitely not recommend them to anyone and definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

Freckled poppy is a great company with amazing people! The staff are professional, quick, and helpful and always there to help 🙂 the clothing is awesome but the people are even better

Ordered two packages from this company in August. I was charged for both. They claimed they were delivered and they were not. They sent two new packages they claim, over a month later and those were never received. Be careful. This company seems like a scam.

It's been almost a month I still haven't received my refund on the jeans that I paid almost $90 for. Not to mention it cost me $15 to send them back. This place is a total scam. Do not order from them. I will never again.!!!

Can't say anything about the clothes, because it's been over a month and have never received my order. This company is a huge scam. And know the link that's in the email to the store, doesn't even go to an actual website.

Ridiculously slow to ship. And when you need to return, they make you pay the shipping and refuse to exchange.
Overall, poor customer service.

Making a return or exchange is a nightmare. Don’t buy from here! I’ve sent emails, asked for help with a better fit by writing a paragraph on the return slip (because no one answered my email). When I finally got a response, the representative had excuses as to why emails were not answered, said they were not received, was generally defensive, and I was NOT able to get a refund on my original payment even thought I could not find a replacement. Then the representative said that there were actually two “platforms” on which Freckled
Poppy sells online, and I should apply my credit towards the other one that offers a better inventory. I tried that, and my credit could not be applied, after all.
There have been a total of four email exchanges with customer service and not once have I been offered an additional credit or perk , such a free shipping, for my inconvenience and general hassle of doing business with Freckled Poppy. Any other online vendor would have done so for a frustrated customer. I regret ever ordering from this company.

The nighttime lives are obnoxious and unprofessional. They take a very long time to ship and do not provide you with the expectations of their posted promos and there is no way to get a refund after as it’s a “final sale” and you were expecting cash back credits. There are better boutiques out there that take the time to be professional and fun at the same time. This wouldn’t be my choice.
