DO NOT ORDER NOT RESPONDING TO EMAILS PRE ORDERD A FUNKO A FEW MONTHS AGO STILL NOTHING!!!!!!!

My order was good. I wasn’t overcharged and considering it was a pre-order, it shipped & was delivered pretty fast. Cannot comment on negative reviews as I’ve only shopped here once but if you’re reading these reviews and worrying, try not to.

Pre-ordered a demon slayer funko to cheer up my partner and it still hasn’t been shipped yet..

I ordered it back in AUGUST

They don’t respond to emails or anything.

And I have sent quite a few. Terrible company.

I get that some people get the products they paid for but I really think the preorders are all fake money grabbing ideas to make people keep waiting on something that doesn’t exist in their stock which is highly illegal. Will be reporting this

AVOID, luckily I did a paypal dispute and these crooks failed to respond therefore I got my money back.

Absolutely awful . No communication what so ever , they do not send out your orders. If you do buy anything from them (which I don’t recommend you do!) do it through PayPal so you can get your money back just in case. Disgraceful

Absolutely awful, took the money and havn’t sent out my pop vinyls. No updates and have not responded to e-mails. Total scammers avoid at all costs. Glad I brought through PayPal as will be opening a case with them.

To be honest if I could rate 0 stars I would I ordered 2 Funko pops in September heard nothing until I opened a case with PayPal I had one response to say my order was being send still nothing ! They don’t even respond don’t waste your money .They are scammers just robbing people’s money how they are allowed to get away with this I don’t know something needs to be done!!!!!!!!

I'd ordered from these guys before and was really happy with my purchase, so thought I would shop again when I saw they had a really rare funko I had been looking for. But this order was back in July and I have had absolutely no response about it since. Tried emailing them 10 days ago asking for an update and got completely ignored. Really disappointed. If it's not being sent, I want a refund.

Very much a same review as others. Pre-ordered a Pop. No response to email requests on updates and requests for refunds ignored, Instagram messages ignored also. Taken to publicly commenting on posts for both myself and partners comments to be deleted and then blocked. Will be reporting through trading standards. Awful service!!!!!!!

Pre-ordered a pop that the local postal service attempted to deliver to the wrong address and then returned to sender. Popsulike failed to respond to my correspondence for several months and were unhelpful when they finally did. Eventually they offered to refund as they confirmed the item had been returned, but then never actually sent the money. Multiple emails later chasing and no reply.

Highly recommend you avoid this company just in case something goes wrong and you’re left out of pocket.

Placed a pre-order which I've never received. Ended up buying the Pops in Tesco - cheaper!!
Have requested cancelation and refund twice now following the directions in their cancelation and refund policy, with no response and no refund.
Absolute joke of a business. Had ordered from them previously, won't ever again. Going to pursue chargeback via Credit Card company.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - THEY WILL STEAL YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

Despite all the negative reviews, I would like to give 5 stars. I ordered a Funko pop on last Sunday and it arrived in 3 days, very quick delivery and very good packaging. If there was a chance to buy Funko pop again, I'd love to use this website again!

Last week I asked to cancel an order twice through email, I received no response and instead, a day later my order was sent out. I've emailed them 5 times over the past 4 days asking to return my item and cancel another item I have pre-ordered to no response. I doubt I'll get a response and I'll have to go through other means to sort out my situation. Don't order from here, it isn't worth it when they don't even have efficient customer service or one at all for that matter.

Put off by bad reviews at first but used PayPal for purchase protection and hoped for the best. Got my order no problem so can't complain.

I ordered a Trinket pop figure from Critical role back in October 2020, I still haven't received it and they are now ignoring all my emails asking for my money back. It's a scam company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I have ordered quite a few pre-order pops over the years and they do take a long time to come but they have eventually came.
But this time i wanted to cancel my order, it was with in the 14 days which on the website it says you can. I received no response now I’m take action via PayPal. Very disappointing!!!!

Orders never turn up, money is taken and they don't respond to emails.

bought critical role trinket preorder. it's been months and have heard nothing. I emailed and heard absolutely nothing. never got my figure :(

I have placed two separate orders with this company and both ordered arrived quickly and well packaged. Great service and some hard to find Funko items.
