Having been let down by a previous ceramic tile supplier I contacted Porcelain Superstore Manchester who sent me a free sample of the tiles I required which was a perfect match to finish the small project I had started but had ran out of tiles, it was only a small order but Porcelain Superstore where fantastic from the start and very quick delivery, highly recomended.

I ordered over £1000 tiles to be delivered on a specific day. This day came and went, with no contact from the company/any delivery agents. I phoned several times and left a voicemail on the day with no response. I eventually got through to them on Whatsapp, to be told one of the tiles were out of stock, so the delivery date would, at earliest, be 9 days after the day I chose. I would have expected notification of this as soon as they realised, rather than me hounding them until I got an answer. They offerred to get the part of the order in stock to me in 2 days, which was 4 days after my chosen date, and not a viable solution. They really need to check their stock levels (the item that is out of stock is STILL marked as in stock and they are STILL offering 2 day delivery on it). Make sure you call them before checking out, because they aren't going to update you when they realise they will be late.

(updated once the remaining tiles arrived): The positive are they authorised a refund immediately, which I have received, and tiles which I didn't cancel eventually arrived and, from the boxes I have opened so far, match the quality of the sample sent. I was willing to wait as long as I did for them as I had over 50 tile samples which theirs were much better than. Its a shame about the earlier problems I encountered or I would have given them more stars.

Great easy to use website. Good delivery options. Needed to change a few things and EMILY in customer services was outstanding. She sorted everything on an efficient manner. Brilliant customer service.

I purchased a large quantity of wood-effect tiles, which were promptly delivered on 2 pallets. After a week, the tiles were on sale and reduced a further 5%,
On request, they refunded the difference without quibble.

Excellent service all round.
Spoke with Liz, Emily & Lesley, all super helpful.
I was able to pick up my tiles, they were put in my car by a friendly, helpful gentleman.
I chose Meadow Decor for my kitchen and they look lovely. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Quality tiles, we have had loads of complements about them. Thanks to Sam for helping us sort out excess tiles as we had ordered too many.

Emily on the customer service team is fantastic. Unfortunately a few tiles in our order arrived damaged, but Emily sorted the issue promptly, was very responsive, and arranged for replacement tiles to be sent to us with express delivery.

This is an ammended review. I originally left a 1 star review (below). And while my dissatisfaction with the time frame and communication still stands, the tiles did arrive. They are of satisfactory quality, though there is quite a colour difference between some of the tiles. Customer services did offer a discount off my order as recompense which is appreciated. In summary, I am able to complete my project, but would go elsewhere where next time.
Original review: But the I ordered samples. These arrived quickly. I liked them so ordered over £200 worth of tiles on 21/08/25. There was no evidence to suggest the tiles i ordered were out of stock. The suggested delivery date came and went. I contacted customer services. They replied saying they had sent an email (which i did not receive, not in junk either) informing me my tiles were out of stock and wrote "New stock is on the way and we aim to deliver week commencing 30th September". 30th came and went. I, again chased them inquiring where the tiles were. I got a quick reply, "Unfortunately there has been a delay in the shipment form the factory and the Soulful Pearl is now due to us the Week Commencing 20th October". I hope to be able to write a review about the brilliant quality of the tiles and the companies efforts to rectify the negatives of my experience with them.

Samples sent promptly and free of charge. A couple of broken tiles were replaced (with another box) without quibble. Very nice, good value, product and excellent service from Emily on the help desk.

Emily in customer services was so quick and efficient when dealing with my tiles that had been damaged in transport. Replacement tiles arranged and shipment scheduled the same day I confirmed the damage.

Purchased two black shower mixers and three black basin taps for our two bathroom renovations.
Happy with selection offered, price point and service. Communication was good and I was able to schedule delivery to fit our timescale.
Products are good quality and arrived well packaged.

AVOID AND GO ELSEWHERE

relied on customer service to help me find the correct tiles for my bathroom. Recommended me the wrong tiles which I ended up ordering trusting their expertise. Turns out they were the wrong tile. Money down the drain for listening to their customer service. Customer service also rude.

Initially an issue with my order which was very annoying, but credit where it's due, it has been solved and they have gone above and beyond. Customer support is spot on.

Absolutely appalling, god-awful company. My tiles weren't delivered, yet they insisted they were (not exactly hard to miss...). In the end I had to file a claim back with the bank as customer service was non-existent, and my tiles never appeared. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely superb costumer service from Emily. Responded to enquiries straight away supporting the purchase of lovely Italian tiles, and then continued to respond to further enquiries post purchase. Outstanding.

Zero stars if possible. Like many of the reviews on here - the way this company runs as a business is awful. Tiles are in stock online (even thouugh they aren't). Happy to take your money, sit on it, and then after your delivery date has passed you are notified they're out of stock and offered a replacement that isn't even close. They base their stock on one tile being in their warehouse so their website is never updated. It's then up to you to chase them for your money back or to hold on to a made up date the tiles may come back in stock. How that is a legal way of running a business is insane to me! Not happy, although customer support were quick to cancel and refund when I had enough. One hour after cancelling, I got an email to say they are now in stock if I want to re order - wouldn't trust them at all.

Had some broken tiles in a pack we opened later than we should have but customer services and Liz were very helpful in arranging replacements promptly. It’s that kind of response which although a small cost for the company, builds customer loyalty and repeat business.

It’s rare these days to find a company that combines competitive pricing with genuinely excellent customer care, but they’ve managed it. I’d happily order from them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

Avoid. We are distraught with the experience. We had purchased over £2,000 worth of tiles (Burlington Cream). Our builders fit them and we experienced at least 15-20 tiles chip around the edges. We delayed contacting Porcelain Superstore as our builders thought they could resolve the chips with resin but this method did not work. We purchased some replacement tiles (15 approx) from Porcelain Superstore, worth several hundred pounds. Because of the issues with the chips, Porcelain Superstore were open to given us 6 tiles for free. However, once we fit all 15, and the sun shone on them, we noticed a significant difference in the texture of the new tiles. They look completely different in the sun. We now have a patio with a mix of different tiles and many are chipped. We asked Porcelain Superstore for a refund but they blamed us for fitting the new batch of tiles stating that they reserve the right to change the way they are manufactured and that it was our fault for fitting them. Horrible experience and now we will have to redo the entire patio. All of these issues would not have occurred if the tiles had not chipped t begin with. They are not fit for purpose and we will be taking legal action
