Very good experience with the sales team, shout out to Gloria and Bruce for their immense support on sorting out a problem with my online order with a bathroom part.

Great product,expensive but great tiles.
3 boxes came broken,1.2mX1.2m tiles.
You send pictures to verify the broken tiles and have to buy more tiles to replace the damaged items...just £1000.The carrier company they sent out to collect said tiles will not handle broken tiles even though my builders said they would load them for them.
The replacement tiles came and I had to borrow a pick up to return the broken tiles back to the Doncaster branch to secure my refund.
The staff on duty at the time were as helpful as a poke in the eye,the warehouse manager was especially rude and vocal,a pallet was dropped outside the goods inward bay for me to load the broken tiles (in the rain).I am disabled having had a lower leg amputation.
Imagine my joy when I then went to the showroom to enquire about my refund(having just returned the broken tiles) and wet through to be talked down to by the jumped up little snot that was at work at the time.The manager was little better.
The refund finally arrived 2 weeks later.

I walked into Porcelancosa at Chilwell Retail Park in November 2024. I was a really indecisive customer who wanted to take my time to get my next bathroom renovation right, having had some bad experiences in the past with companies and tradespeople.

I was fortunate enough to be served by Kirsty, the nicest, kindest and most patient person, with no pressure applied to place an order and allowed me lots of time and multiple visits to the showroom, taking up her time to chat things through, until I finally felt comfortable purchasing my new bathroom.

Kirsty had recommended a fitter, David. He came round to measure up, provided some thoughts on the design and gave me an idea of when he could start, which was a while from the purchase of the products, but absolutely and totally worth the wait. David is like no other tradesperson that I have met. He’s super professional, and completes his projects like they are in his own house. His attention to detail is amazing. He made sure to get me involved in any key decisions, gave me his honest opinion, happy to chat through different solutions to get to the right answer. The project took longer than anticipated as we changed a couple of things along the way, but David was super patient and focused on getting the job as perfect as possible.

My new bathroom has been finished for a couple of months now and I absolutely love it, with massive thanks and appreciation to Kirsty and David.

If you want great quality products with fantastic customer service and a tradesperson who has the highest attention to detail, I would highly recommend Kirsty and David. Thank you

We purchased our bathroom tiles from Porcelanosa. Excellent customer service from Ray at the Leeds showroom. Really good advice and really helpful sorting out exactly what we needed and getting the right quantity. Quality is fantastic and we are really happy with our choice.

Abby Mathew’s was really helpful finding the parts I needed and helped rush them through to get the job finished on time.

Dealt with Abby Matthews today and she sorted me out with tile samples I need along with updating me on any factory orders and lead times. Highly recommended and great customer service.

I have spoken on the phone twice to Porcelanosa and each time I have found the person on the phone very pleasant, helpful and giving advice. The ordering process was excellent, order taken and email followed re payment. It was easy to follow and within a short time I received confirmation of the order and when it would be ready for collection (my chosen option). Very impressed. Thank you Porcelanosa.

Products and showroom staff are good although not enough tiles were ordered which we discovered once tiling had started. Had to purchase extra tiles but didn’t get the original 40% discount, only 25%.
I asked for next day delivery which I had to pay extra for, then told I missed the cut off time and had to pay another premium for a morning delivery. The logistics and delivery service let the company down

Visited porcelonsa Cardiff as we was struggling to find the perfect tile for our house renovation. We was greeted by the lovely Sophie, no pressure selling, very helpful and knowledgeable and with her input we managed to source all of our tiles for 1 main bathroom, 2 en-suites and 1 downstairs WC. Not one to normally leave reviews but felt this one was necessary.

Great experience. Our sales person Abby Matthews was very helpful and efficient in dealing with our order.

We recently visited the Warrington showroom and had a really helpful visit with Lianne Veiga. She showed us different products and helped us pull together our rough ideas. Really helpful and would highly recommend.

Lianne Veiga has been absolutely brilliant throughout the process. We originally visited Porcelanosa looking at both bathroom fixtures and tiles, and Lianne was incredibly patient while we explored lots of different options.

She took over from a colleague who had left and managed everything seamlessly, which made the whole process much easier. In the end, we decided to order our tiles through Porcelanosa but went elsewhere for the bathroom fixtures, purely because we preferred another manufacturer’s design. Lianne was completely professional about this and did not take offence at all, which we really appreciated.

She also helped us secure a fantastic discount on the tiles, which saved us a fortune.

My customer recently ordered their bathroom tiles from Porcelanosa in Newcastle. Unfortunately we did not order enough for the full job due to them being big tiles and were unable to use the offcuts due to the layout of the grout lines. We also had an issue with one of the floor tiles due to it forming a crack as it was cut but Katie from Porcelanosa was fantastic and sorted everything out quickly and efficiently.
