Very poor. Waste of time reviewing as it will…

Waste of time reviewing as it will inevitably be ignored by Porche Notts but for what it’s worth - just had the Taycan’s first service. £657 for what are some fluids and nothing else. They didn’t have a courtesy car but no worries they say, you can have £59 credit on Uber. Long story short uber payments came out of my account not the credits-Porsche wouldn’t pay them. No big deal to them but totally dismissed. Elite companies don’t react like this. Detail and a little bit of “going the extra mile” matters. Changing my car this year and will never go here for that purpose. Pathetic.

Great Customer Service, Very Friendly and Helpful!

We were invited for a complimentary health check on our 911 recently which was really appreciated. The new showroom is lovely, the Christmas stalls were a lovely touch and the staff were great. A big thanks to Jenny, Rachael and Martin who were exceptional, extremely helpful and attentive.

Better service from Sutton Coldfield

Nice New showroom, nice friendly staff.
Unfortunately, let down by the basics.
Salesman thought the handover was a day earlier than agreed. No fuel, had to drive to fill it up.
Front number plate pissed on a new 911.
No Silverstone Experience - said pre-reg cars aren’t brand new. In contrast we purchased another new 911 from Sutton Coldfield - 10/10

Very welcoming and friendly staff

Myself and a friend , both mad car fans had planned to visit the new Porsche dealerships site but we finally got around to it today. My mate has a Porsche already and I have aspirations to get one ( eventually) We were greeted by lovely Laura , who made us totally welcome and offered us a coffee. Her hospitality was excellent and she was very helpful and friendly . The show room is one of the best I had visited with a great selection . As soon as the lottery win arrives I will be back

I was denied a warrant claim that the car was booked in for.
I asked for the denial to be put in writing via email the same day. It’s now 2 weeks later and still nothing has been received. I’ve chased this and spoke to a member of the sales team who assured me the email would be sent. Still nothing.
I only wrote this review as I was contacted to give feedback. Not the service anyone should accept especially one from Porsche!

Great customer service

I’d just like to thank Daryl and the customer service team who helped me out today with charging my temporary Audi e-tron and got me on the road back to Sussex. Brilliant! Thanks again. Alistair

Utter chaos at Porsche Nottingham

Believe that interaction between departments at any motor dealerships are a direct reflection of the Dealer Principle's management. The recent relocation of the Porsche dealership to new facility on the other side of Nottingham brought an expectation of "new start and better services". However, it took direct contact with Pirelli Europe in order to get Nottingham/Stapleton's to order 2x Pirelli P Zero 275/40 ZR20 NO front tyres. [My bad, had fitted Pirelli rated NO rear and N1 front].
Was notified 1 Nov 2022 of error but took until 5 May 2023 to be resolved. Booked to have Summer Wheels swopped for Winter Wheels (i.e. removed on 5 May) only to be informed on 20 Nov 2023 that the wheels were lost! (discarded at old location?). Heard rumours that Nottingham knew of this situation on 28 Sep and although I had requested for it to be re-checked when booking was made on 11 Oct for wheel swop on Tues 20 Nov 2023, it appears nothing was done. Currently unable to gain any information as to when promised new set of Winter Wheels will be available/fitted to my Panamera. Dealer Principle blames parts manager but it seems that workshop do not listen to service, parts do not talk to workshop and ALL is utter chaos.

Top Parts Service by Nottingham Porsche

Ordered subframe for a Boxster dinnertime Wednesday, component delivered to dealership the following morning. Service and knowledge by the Parts Advisor Kevin excellent and pleasant with it. Also enquired via the independent sector for the part before going to the main dealer, lengthy wait and the independent were not as competitive on price. Thank you top marks all round, use the main dealer.

Disdain for the customer

Over the years I've been ignored by sales staff, not called back 3 times, and had to interupt the receptionist from scrolling through her Instagram account.
Most recently when booking my wifes car in for service, I had to wait 8 weeks, only to be chased on the day when I was 9 minutes after when they incorrectly thought my booking was for. After complaining the service manager asked to talk through my concerns, when I collected the car he wasnt available and just as I'd expect I've never heard from him again. Hence I have bought 3 Porsches elsewhere and will never, ever set foot in the place again. Their arogance is staggering and customer service non existant, Please do yourself a favour and go to Leicester, Sheffield or indeed anywhere else!

Shocking service

As soon as you walk in you feel second rate, no one seems to care, ordered some parts for my GT4 and was told they’d phone when in, no call so phoned them, repeated they’d phone when in, still waiting (since January), and then added a Macan to the fold, needs an update to view Google maps (PCM4.0 firmware update) I’ve been given all the details but their attitude was user error, anyway I need to give my details so they can organise booking me in, guess what, waiting for them to call me again.
Long story short I drove to Porsche Leicester, they knew the update, all booked in, got treated like a customer so now they’ll be looking after both vehicles

Abysmal Customer care and after sales

Purchased a new porsche from Nottingham Porsche. From that forwarded the care I have received has been zero. That is of course unless you count the condescending attitude of the sales staff. I had to inform them of a software upgrade as they were unaware. Car towed in for warranty repair but had to contact Porsche UK to get it brought back!! Whilst having software upgrade had a check done and they wanted £180 for a problem with the rear washer which was not covered by warranty???? Guess what dirt in the jet I unblocked with a needle. Cowboys would be an understatement. Will never use Porsche nottingham ever again. Have purchased two further porsches elsewhere. This branch need a change of management to someone who gives a damn about after sales. If you are thinking a buying a porsche 100% go elsewhere.Awful avoid avoid !!!

Worst Service I have ever experience from a car dealership - not the Porsche Experience I was expecting!

Contacted my local Porsche Dealer in Nottingham due to an exhaust rattle on my 911 GTS. Car is covered with Porsche Warrant. Service advisor was not interested and informed me that the next available service slot was 24th Nov 2021 (8 weeks). When I explained that 8 weeks was not really acceptable she suggested calling out the Porsche roadside assistance if it had broken down. I had already explained that the car was still working, so instead she suggested I try Porsche Sheffield or Leicester which left me disappointed and angry. I called Porsche Leicester the next day and the help and assistance was like light and day when compared to Nottingham. The car was subsequently booked in and all sorted inside one week. The Leicester team were perfect with follow up calls etc. I will never step inside Porsche Nottingham again...
