So far, I really like the unit. The only thing negative I have to say is that it took a lot longer than expected to get the product. And also, Fedex kept on delaying the delivery date.

They did the best they could, the factory was the problem and the delay was due to that. I just wish this distributor carried the HOME units too, now I have to find someone else I can trust.

Portable Oxygen Concetrator
I needed a portable oxygen concentrator that met several criteria for my situation and had a lot of questions for the salesman Jeff during several phone calls and emails and he stuck with me and answered every thing I could throw at him to get me what I needed. The process wasn't easy for me with such little knowledge of what I was in fact looking for, but Jeff made it quick, seamless, and put me in a comfort zone so I could make my purchase.
