Very quick response to my inquiry and very knowledgeable with answers to all my questions. First spoke to Todd Flesch on a Sunday. Placed order on that Monday and unit was delivered on Tuesday. We are finally able to leave the house with complete confidence and convenience. We made our first trip out on Friday and the unit worked perfectly. They answer the phone right away, THEY SPEAK AMERICAN ENGLISH (easily understandable!) are helpful and ask questions to clarify how they can help, then act and maintain close communications while the process (sale or RMA) is in play. They then 'bow out' until asked for further help

I like the unit. I was not pleased that the sales representative told me that the unit could be connected to a CPAP machine. It can not.

The salesperson, Mr. Hinchee was so helpful. He answered all of my questions and helped me pick the unit that would fit my needs. He also has a good sense of humor, which is important to me. He is a true asset to your company. Thank you Mr Hinchee.
