Hennie Beijer at Portecenter was wonderful and very helpful. I thought I was ordering a puzzle from a company in Germany, but it was from Portecenter instead. I didn't know exactly what the German order form had said, but I went ahead and placed the order anyhow, then learned that the company that would actually be sending the puzzle was in the Netherlands--Portecenter. Hennie helped me understand the process as I tried to figure out how to wire Euros, and it was fun to correspond with her--she was very kind to write in English. My experience with Portecenter was excellent!

Super ! Super ! Super !
Super fast Service from Portcenter ! Send on the same Day when I placed my Order! Also the Dutch Postservice is one of the fastest I ever seen, it took them only 3 Days to send the Package into the country of Destination! DHL should learn from the Nederlands how to do that! If all Online stores and Post Services work that fast, the world would become a better place. I will order again from Portcenter!
