Dire customer service for landlords. Their utter failure to get reliable tenants, failure to chase rent owning (rent has not been paid on time for five months) and inability to respond to calls or emails is remarkable. You can ring and email and get no response whatsoever. Latest joke is an insistence on filing statutory documents when it suits their income projections while ignoring the property owners requests. Do not touch this company if you wish to maintain any semblance of sanity.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Not a single thing went smoothly before during or after our tenancy. We moved out over a month ago and have neither been checked out nor provided with contact details for those responsible. Just 'we'll chase that for you' we are now seeking intermediaries to represent us in this issue. Absolutely dreadful
