I purchased 2 humidifiers from these people. Paid $69. Neither one worked!!! I've sent 2 emails to them. I've simply been ignored!! Nothing!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
I made arrangements to rent a device while travelling in Europe for 4 weeks. Prior to making payment I was in email contact with the company who responded very promptly to all my questions. I was impressed. They assured me the device would be delivered to my home in New Zealand prior to departure. At this stage I made payment by credit card ($NZ 383 after discount).
A week before my departure i made contact as I had received nothing. I was assured that it was to be dispatched the next day and would arrive in time. I asked that rather than send to NZ as the arrival date was after I left please send to a hotel address in USA where I was going on my way to Europe. Yes that would be done.
To cut a long story short...
Nothing arrived in New Zealand, nothing arrived in USA and all emails went unanswered. I had been ripped off!
I have an email trail to support this transaction. They suck you in and then rip you off.
I rented the Portifi machine for 14days to Europe and the connections is fast and easy to use. However, the machine suddenly lost connection from the 11th day in Iceland. I have contact the supporting team to check but they said no problem can be identified. Thus, I lost the wifi connection for the remaining days (3days in total). I tried to contact the supporting team again and ask for refund for those 3days unused but they lost their contact also.... While the rental ended and I tried to contact them about the retuning issue...again...they lost contact and no any reply....
I can just comment that the machine is very convenient and can use it in different countries. However, the supporting services is the early stage is quite good with timely feedback but not included while some issues happened and ask for help, is helpless or even invisible.
