I attended this optician for more than…

I attended this optician for more than 30 years - 15 of them in a wheelchair. When they moved premises it was obvious that the threshold was dangerous for a power chair to use - possibly also for people with poor sight. I mentioned this numerous times and was told that something would be done but a recent visit showed it to be the same. I wrote a polite letter to the director who didn't even have the courtesy to reply. I will never use again.

RUBBISH!

RUBBISH SERVICE! I've tried to be seen here twice in the last two weeks and both times they have messed up my appointment times and made me go there and then tell me the appointment had been made for a different time or cancelled. Total waste of time! Avoid !!
