We visited The Bridge Inn on a busy Monday lunchtime. The food was good, English pub fare but the main highlight was our waitress and bartender, Shanny. She made the lunch a really lovely experience. Thank you!

Lord Leverhulme . Thanks
I'm writing my review here because the Bridge Inn isn't on Trustpilot. I'm a difficult customer to please because I have issues with food. It's not very often I enjoy eating out because, as much as I love to, I'm disappointed more often than not. However, Bridge Inn was great, I got the steak and it was perfect. Nice atmosphere, friendly service, and reasonably priced. I will definitely be going again. A second visit to any type of eatery is very rare.
This historic village experience added joy and pleasure to our visitors from Canada. The flowers were in bloom and the coffee on the green was smooth.
The museum and shop staff were polite and very kind giving information about the history of the place despite being very busy. Great day out.
