We are from the UK and are looking to retire to Portugal . To start the process we needed a joint appointment at the Portuguese consulate in the UK. We were struggling to get an an appointment for a long term visa for Portugal through VFS Global Website, appointments came up by the time we got through to pay for the appointment they were greyed out on their calendar, we spent a whole week day and night looking for an appointment, it was getting very frustrating! In the end after looking at reviews we found this company on 16/10/23, we managed to get an appointment on 13/11/23 and then got the Long Term Visa 32 days after the initial appointment at VFS Global in London , you do need to book 1 appointment per person. The advisors at Portugal Visa were very helpful and replied very quickly to any queries.
