I’ve had no updates, no delivery, no responses. I’m not at all happy.
I used them to purchase a Christmas gift and with very little time left, I’ve given up hope and have bought elsewhere.
I WILL be getting my money back as this isn’t good enough.

Following a mix up/Delay with online order for a Christmas decoration
Leah Forshaw was very proactive in correcting stock issue & processing a refund
As process was quite lengthy Leah also sent item when it was back in stock as a gift

I never received my order which I ordered on 11th November. I have emailed twice & haven't received a reply!!

My ornament is beautiful even nicer than the picture will definitely buy from here again

Never received my gift, they said it was lost in the post then returned to them. Offered to resend it(was too late for what I needed it for), therfore requested a refund, to which 3 emails later I still have not recieved. Would not use this company again.

It was so lovely to open. I left the review a bit late as I wasn't home from uni and it was packaged way better than I expected, it was all so cute and with a very cute hand written letter and some very cute stickers attached 🥹 everything I got was packaged so cutely as well and make for amazing table topper gifts. I love everything, very classy gifts and my bf thought I got the as main gifts not table toppers they are that nice 😂 100% worth it! All came on time too and I was sceptical as it's a small business it's hard to know who to trust but I did do research before and now I've seen everything I can tell you it's defo safe and everything is so good and wrapped perfectly for gifts! Definitely worth the money and they're so affordable too!
