I have received order befores but since the owner has decided to close the company, I haven't received my two last orders from october 2024 and january 2025.

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve contacted them by email phone et cetera and they never get back to you. I placed an order with them which I never received also zero contact! Shame as before and the clothes are good quality.

Well I received an order - someone else’s order! In the envelope addressed to me was a second envelope that had the product in - a men’s top and delivery slip for someone else in an entirely different part of the country. I am without my order and getting radio silence from the company about how they will resolve this. I wish I’d seen the reviews before ordering as this has left a really sour taste in my mouth and they just don’t care - taking peoples money and leaving them high and dry. Shameful.

If I could give no stars - I would.

I have ordered from them a few times in the past and their products are great quality, and service has always been wonderful.

I placed an order in June 2024, and had one item missing, I have been emailing ever since and no-one has replied or acknowledged my email.

I appreciate they are closing down, which is such a shame, but they clearly still have staff working for them as I receive what feels like weekly sales emails - but no customer service.

Ordered in their closing down sale in November 2024 but have still not received items as of January 2025. I have emailed numerous times but no response. I’ve also not had a refund. Terrible way to finish off after having a loyal customer base for years.

Received my order quickly, however items were missing that I wasn’t aware were out of stock at the time of placing my order. Sent an email and got a refund for the missing items within a couple of weeks.

I also did not receive a few items in my last order and, while it is a shame that they are closing down because I've ordered from them before and always loved the clothes, it is terrible to steal money from customers by not at least returning our money for any items that were no longer in stock. The website not accurately reflecting what stock is actually available is also a really bad look and it is sad that this once good company is shutting down this way and scamming its last customers.

At least I got something. Not what I ordered but something..
Website says live chat. Nope. No contact phone number so relying on email which by the sounds of it won’t be replied to…
Thank goodness I didn’t spend lots…
Avoid this company who are closing down anyway.

Awful. Just payed the money and never got my order. No response even tho they read it. They are pretending to be to moral company and they are just the opposite. Huge huge disappointment.

Wish I had read the reviews here first. Experience exactly the same as others. Their shipping policy states dispatching the next working day. Over 15 days later still nothing. No response from the company and a bogus shipping provided. Don't order! Have started a claim with my bank - absolute scam!

Made a purchase in June, still unfulfilled. Contacted the company who have advised that they should be sent by the end of the week (which was mid-July), making it 4/5 weeks for fulfillment. Other people online on their socials saying similar things. I'm still yet to receive my order. Do not purchase from this store

Made an order on 27th of March of £200 it's now 7th of May and I haven't received it, neither the items I ordered or a refund. I've been trying to contact the shop through both the online chat and e-mails but I haven't heard back from them at all. I contacted the courier and they say that they haven't received the order and to "contact the sender"instead. This is a scam shop and you shouldn't order from them.

Order some underwear but don’t like the fit so emailed to try to return. No response to two emails and when I checked to exchange or return apparently you can’t return so definitely not a positive outlook for me and won’t ever order from them again. Shocking that you cannot return unopened items for a return or exchange.

Update: Was contacted to offer a resolution which I accepted and then, guess what, radio silence. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This is how all clothing shops should be! I visited the Leamington Spa branch with my husband and mum. Everything is made with the planet in mind, including the shop's interior ❤️🌎 The garments are so soft and I love the simplicity of the brand. And I didn't feel like I was in a cattle market like most high street shops! The lovely lady who served us accidentally packed some of the wrong items, but she resolved this within a few hours of me emailing. I couldn't be happier with my experience of this shop and brand. Highly recommend!

Haven't tried the actual product yet but I can say customer service is perfect. My delivery was left in the bin and then (unsurprisingly) thrown away. They have sent me another without bickering. Very refreshing!

I love the quality and colours of the clothes. I am a women of a certain age, the material is perfect to help combat the effects of hot flushes. I'm going to try the underwear next! The packaging is plastic-free and compostable which is brilliant

More than excellent customer service and really good products.

I have two bamboo essential t-shirts and a bamboo sweater from Positive Outlook and they are the most comfortable garments I own. In addition to that, knowing that my purchase is helping the environment is awesome.

I bought the underwear recently in an effort to buy more consciously and also wanted a really comfy set. I am absolutely thrilled with the products, I wanted a bra no bra for work from home days and it’s so comfy but still supportive and also has the right level of coverage. Going to buy in a couple more colours now, love them and love feeling like I’ve chosen to shop sustainably. Thank you Positive Outlook!

The only place I buy my wardrobe basics now.
Their clothes are SO soft and they actually last through washing and wearing regularly. I've been back repeatedly to buy everything in other colours, these are my undisputed staple pieces! Can't wait to see what they bring out next.
