Bad experience. They do not deliver packeges,as they have to, on your address, they just leave it in their main storage place for packeges and you must go there to take it on your own. They even don't leave any notification about it. But still you have to pay for their service. Terrible!

This place are crooks liars and cheats remember that people. I went to go pay a bill in sibenik on march 15 2024 and I specifically asked if there were any fees in paying the lady said no. Obviously thats a lie cause I just got charged for using my bank card as payment. I went and told them and they completely lied and said oh we would have told you right. If that was the case do really think I would pay 20.51 euro bank fee right. Avoid this place at all costs pay your bills and postal service with somebody else. This place is a joke. Remember they will screw you over

Sent a package to a friend in Croatia and Finland.
Finland; received a week later, croatia; attempted delivery to wrong adress twice, then returned to sender. They take no responsibility when you try to contact them about their mistakes.

On 30.10 my parcel went to my home town, but if it wasn't for an app I would never know it came. On the app, I saw that they tried to deliver but it's a lie. No phone call (the phone number is near the address), no note in the mailbox. I have to add that there is always somebody at home. I went 3 times into post offices (local and central), but no help. I tried many times to call Croatian Posts customer service but no one answered the phone (but they charged the call). So I had to contact the sender and explain the problem.
The Croatian newspapers are full of articles complaining about the service Croatian Posts provide (or better - don't provide). Not to mention that even if you get your parcel it too often comes smashed, damaged and destroyed. With their postmen is impossible to talk because they are rude and illiterate (unfortunately it is not a joke). Because of their (un)professionalism other business and privates faces serious damages and loss. If you need a postal service in Croatia AVOID the Croatian Post at any cost!
Just to let you know: with Gls, Overseas, and Dpd I never had any kind of problem - in a few days they deliver, call you on the phone, the parcels are undamaged and their postmen/delivers are polite.
