TrustPilot has very good online support. I wish there was phone support to go along with the product, but once you get the hang of the full program it is efficient and productive.

Excellent Customer Service
Doing business in one country is tough enough, now try doing it all over the world. Been in business for 24 years, have used some amazing systems. Not only has Post Affiliate Pro done exactly what I wanted but when I needed help, customer service has been available almost 24/7. Post Affiliate Pro is the right choice for those who want control of just how they want the system to perform! Not just grabbing something off the shelf hoping it will work. Great Job!

He was nice and friendly. His communication could have been a little bit better. There were a couple times where I wasn't sure what he meant. At the same time, I couldn't quite answer all of his questions either so that could have been why.

Good on-premise option for affiliate system
I use PAP for many years. It has a little bit outdated design, but it is reliable software. And you don't need to pay any commissions to third-party affiliate systems, I like this most of all.

Great customer service with what feels like a bit of a clunky interface
Love the customer service but with the off hours, somewhat difficult for those in the US as this company is located in Eastern Europe I believe. I tended to have to wait until after 11pm to chat on time sensitive matters. The backend is NOT easy to use for the non-technical types but they are very responsive on chat when it's during their business hours and I've always received answers to my questions.
